Well situated for day trips to other attractions in East Gippsland as well as wineries and boutique breweries. In Winter we are just a few hours from the snow fields.

Awesome experience, nice comfortable rooms with views of the canals, close to shops and restaurants, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking, and if you have a boat, there is private jetties too. Also bbq to use and just a great spot.

Welcoming,obliging, beautiful location, spotless. Centrally located, so can walk to cafes and restaurants. It was such a lovely location we extended our stay. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a wonderful place.

Beautiful spacious rooms, very clean, good quality linen, kettle , cups etc. Great view over the canal. Our stay was not for a holiday it was to attend a family member deceased estate. We had a whirlwind trip!! Would love to go back under more pleasant circumstances.

Perfect location in the heart of Paynesville, beautifully refurbished apartment overlooking the marina and Raymond Island. Super comfortable beds with quality bedding, all windows boast water views, lovely lounge area to relax in. This is a regular stay for us and as usual we couldn’t fault the apartments or the management.

Lovely clean and comfortable room with great views onto the water. Birds and boats and attractive garden. Well equipped to have simple meals. Friendly, helpful staff Can easily walk to the restaurants and shops.

This is our third time staying at Mariners Cove. The motel has been sold and refurbished since we were last there. The structure remains the same, windows, doors and layout however the tiles, paint and carpets have been refreshed along with new furniture. The beds are large and comfortable and the the location is great. Highly recommended!

terrific motel close right on the water nice and quiet great comfy bed close to town so we could slip out and get a meal across the road and down a bit clean neat and tidy after a big day driving down for Mt Buller nice quiet balcony for a cuppa by the water (makes me think have I filled that in on our map?) would stay ay again and recommend Cheers Roj

What a way to finish our south Coast Trip. We had a 1 Bedroom apartment looking out onto the marina. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the reason for not giving full marks was that the bedroom was on the upper floor with a combination bathroom and laundry on the bottom floor, not good for those needing to visit the loo at night.

Mariners Cove has had a facelift since we were last here. Looks great. Rooms are spotless and having direct access to a jetty for our boat is an added bonus. Very comfy bed and great location within short walk to the best restaurants in Paynesville.
