Detailed Reviews
rooms were clean.....we had to have 2 seperate rooms for our family of 4. one was for a disabled person and partner (on ground floor) other was for 2 older children (2 stories up) disability room was disappointing as the bed was too high and person needed help to be lifted into bed. Beds need to be manual wheelchair height so the disabled person can move from one to another easily. the bathroom was adequate except toilet was lower which made it difficult getting up and down and person needed help even with bars included. Also carpet on the floor hindered the use of a manual chair. Breakfast was continental but not included in the price (no probs) and they catered for diet requirements. Very impressed with the breakfast service.

The hotel locates at Melbourne’s outskirts. We stayed there during the trips to Eastern Gippsland area. The room is spacious and very quiet at night. We paid for the breakfast but I would expect they would provide some hot food (e.g. eggs, bacon) at that price.

Very clean room and bathroom. Large tv with Chromecast was good value. Wifi was surprisingly good as well (compared to some other hotels I have been at). The hotel is a fairly new property, so it looks modern and well maintained. Ample parking also available for guests.
The staff were also polite and well mannered although some of them didn't seem to not be aware of Accor Live Limitless member benefits as I wasnt given my welcome drink/vouchers until I asked for it and I was charged full price for breakfast even though I mentioned I was an ALL member (this was rectified after I informed the staff that I was entitled to a discount).
The breakfast was the only mediocre offering I experienced during my stay. I didn't find it worth paying full price at $16ish per head. I expected at least eggs and sausages but in all fairness, they did state that it was a continental breakfast (so there were no hot foods).

Lovely, spacious family rooms.
Very accomodating staff and great service. Reception had free water. Nice styling, new, very clean. Staff were super helpful, we needed a second night and nothing was available, yet they called us the next day and found a room for us. Great service!

ROOMS: convenient spacious room with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed, small sofa, coffee table. The room was also equipped with a fridge, safe and teapot, couple of glasses were provided as well.
LOCATION: 1h drive to the Penguin parade, 30min drive to Maru park.
FOOD: continental breakfast ($16.5 per person), coffee from machine is available in the lobby.
FACILITIES: fast wi-fi, parking zone in front of the hotel entrance.
STAFF: we’ve checked in on Dec, 31 and reception working hours were till 2pm, but we were not informed about it - so unprofessional and unpleasant. We solved the problem (2 hours spent!), but with the help of another hotel from this chain. Nobody contacted us even on phone/mail they left for guests. And, of course, no apology as well.

Stayed in double bedroom ensuite, room was missing amenities such as tea bags.Did not realise that we should have also been provided with robes, blanket etc and the whole experience was marred by the fact ,received a phone call to say the housecleaning ladies found a blanket and robe missing. We used none of these .,implying we had taken them!! I'm gobsmacked with their approach. How does one proof if the stuff was there in the first place(I believe the rooms were not properly serviced and checked after the previous guests left Not going there again

The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped with amenities such as shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, iron, hairdryer. The room service was froma pub across the road- this was not good, but it is not the fault of the hotel. I don't recommend using this. Staff were friendly. There was an elevator - making it easier to move about with luggage. No fitness centre which was disappointing.

Such a great hotel! Completely new and feels very fresh and contemporary. Beds and pillows were perfect and bathrooms were huge. We will absolutely make this one a regular when we’re out this way again
