I took a small group of school students to stay at The Island Accommodation for a camp. We were accommodated perfectly -close to shops, spacious common room areas, a BBQ and outdoor dinning area, a large and well-equipped kitchen and dining room, and clean bedrooms. The staff were able to help us at any time - they even organised for us to see The Penguin Parade! I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

I must say I was very impressed with the accommodation in general. I live in Sydney and did a road trip to Melbourne and Phillip Island. When booking I saw a few bad reviews and was a little apprehensive, and after a very frustrating stay in Melbourne, I was very concerned about the following days in Phillip Island. In th end, Phillip Island was the best part of the trip and the accomodation factored in this. I got the private ensuite with my husband, the room as very comfortable and clean, they had a huge fully equiped shared kitchen and a big cinema room. Though I didn't use it because I got the private ensuite I saw they had shared toilets/showers. And they have a laundry room in the ground floor. The only thing I would give an upgrade was the pillows that were very thin, but not a big problem. It is very well located, close to the bridge, walking distance to a small centre with restaurants and supermarket and easy car access to the rest of the island. 10/10!

Clean and securely locked rooms with great facilities. It was in a good location and the service was friendly. I recommend staying here to see the beautiful island. Seemed to accommodate a whole range of travellers, with lots of solo travellers, group travellers and families being catered for.

This is one of the best Hostel accommodations I've ever stayed, something for everyone. Couples have a private room with an en suite, families can have the bunk rooms with the shared facilities. Back packers can have a cheap bed in a share room. The kitchen and TV room are very spacious clean and great options for your own catering. Large fridges, freezer, oven & stove tops, plenty of utensils and a microwave. Great service and so clean. Thanks for my great stay.

We loved our stay at The Island Accomodation and will most certainly stay again in the future. Great value for money and our room was spotless with a great bathroom including shower pressure. Ten minute walk across the bridge to San Remo so a perfect location. Highly recommend

The accommodation is really nice. The reception is super nice, she provided very clear information of the Island. The shared kitchen is really convenience and big. It's also not far from most of the tourist attractions. The room is clean. However, the TV in the room is a bit old and the remote control isn't working (but there was a shared TV room). The heater also stopped working many times during the night so it was a bit too cold for us.
Anyways, I would really recommend this place. Anyone coming to Phillip Island I'd recommend you to stay at this place, it's a perfect accommodation on the island!

Comfortable and very clean place. The wifi is strong and the kitchen perfectly equipped.
The bus station is no minute away, but a car is still recommended especially if you want to visit the penguine parade.

Was very pleasantly surprised. Very clean and spacious. Staff at desk were very friendly although she wasn't sure how to connect wifi. Was only here for 1 night, very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent location just passed the San Remo bridge on the Island.

Comfortable and clean, with helpful staff. Some instructions for the microwave would have been useful, but otherwise facilities were very good. Some guests were a little on the noisy side but luckily didn’t last too long. TV was slightly too small for the room

Yes we have fridges and frezzers in the kitchens.
Happy for you to store your fresh catch in a sealed container or securely sealed.
We need to be very careful with the bait as others are using these facilities. As a guide can only store bait that is already frozen and completely sealed contanier.
