Detailed Reviews
We have visited here as part of the Olympic Caravan Group so booked in well ahead not really caring about the park but just joining in this social event. We have been pleasantly surprised on our arrival. Lisa our hostess is very friendly and accommodating and made booking in very straight forward and gave us one of the better spots available. Lisa walked us to our spot and advised the best way to drive into it. The park is well shaded with lots of trees, there is a large open area that suits our group and there are plenty of bins and bench seating around the park. A perfect stopover for all of us.

From my initial enquiry Leisa was extremely professional & helpful
We stayed in a very well presented & equipped cabin and our friends who had their own caravan had a sight next door.
The park itself is beautifully maintained with plenty of open spaces. The ever changing kaleidoscope of colour with autumn leaves was beautiful. Maybe not so for ground staff who worked tirelessly clearing fallen leaves.
The park is very quiet & a short stroll into town. We based ourselves there for a week whilst discovering the surrounding areas
Can thoroughly recommend Adern's

Greeted by Lisa at the office with a warm welcome. Always a good start. She walked us down to our site and gave us a choice as to where we wanted to set up.
The park is nestled under beautiful trees alongside a bubbling creek.
The amenities are modern and clean.
Bins are placed everywhere and there are nice bbq areas and camp kitchens.
If you are looking for a scenic, quite well maintained park Ardens is the spot!

Queen Cabin at Arderns was clean, spacious and plenty of Hot Water with A/C. The campground was quiet and the host accomodating and friendly. The campground is a walk away from the The Old Butter Factory American BBQ & Brewery which is fantastic.

This caravan park is located near the Great Alpine Road at the southern end of the town. It was quite full when we visited, but we still found an acceptable site. The facilities at the site are in good condition. Some campers had their dogs with them (but on a leash). From here you can hike up Reform Hill, as the town is surrounded by green hills. The stay was pleasant so far.

Great park, lovely owners. We stayed 3 nights & just thought it was great. Good base to tour the area.
Stayed at the end of the park with a drive through site. Couldn’t ask for more, amenities were like new

An awesome place to stay. Pretty town and such a pretty spot. Leisa treated me like we were long lost friends. You won't regret staying here. Actually, you're only regret will be that you didn't stay longer.

This is a lovely park, so shady and spacious. We've loved our previous experience there, but unfortunately our most recent stay was ruined by the new owners/management. We were treated with disrespect, spoken to rudely, given unrealistic and ever-changing rules to abide to. We were yelled at by the owner in front of our children and when I asked him to stop waving his finger in my face and to please calm down so we can talk properly, he stormed off to 'find my husband' as apparently as a woman I cannot hold a proper conversation!
He never apologised for his behaviour and when I went in to pay, he swiped my card and turned his back to me while waiting for the payment to go through....would not even meet my eyes. I really hope he learns what customer service and just general respect for people is.....what a shame such a lovely bit of paradise has been spoiled.
I will never return to this caravan park while these owners are there.

This park is in a nice quiet spot and shaded by beautiful trees, unfortunately that's where the positives end, new owners are ridiculous in their unrealistic rules in particularly the blanket 'no noise' policy after 10pm, yes this includes having a wine and chat on your own deck! We were told to pack up and go to bed! Different rules apply to different people including in particular what the owners children can do opposed to the guests children. Owners need to brush up on customer service if they are to survive in this business. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend unless you are mute and enjoy going to bed at 8pm on your holidays

Hi, This depends on what time of year you travel. We don't have ensuite sites as such, but we have a small amenities block that we allocate to sites when we are not too busy, so you can have your own bathroom.
When we are busy we cannot do this as the amenities block is for all to share.
