We spent two nights at the Mansfield Valley Motor Inn a few weeks ago. It was definitely a budget option for us but the location was great, the rooms were good enough for sleeping and the price was right. Staff was friendly enough and was able to get the airco working our first night when it didn’t seem like it...

This is a good motel. It's not the Ritz but it's far better than other hotels in the area. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, good amenities were in the room and the staff were very helpful as I was arriving after the office closed. The only suggestion I have is power points need to be added beside...

Clean, quiet. Rooms were roomy. Fridge was stocked as a mini-bar if that is your thing. Walking distance to town. Good grass areas to sit and saviour the afternoon sun and local wine. It is a budget hotel so for what it is then it is more than OK.

Recently stayed at this motel with a Club group. General cleanliness left a lot to be desired, air conditioner/heaters not working in most rooms. One member of our Club was given a room with a length of timber from floor to ceiling in his shower which was holding the roof up! Not even mentioned at time of check-in and it...

I actually don't like writing negative reviews BUT I would not stay here again. The bedding etc blanket and bedspread needed a wash lots of long black hairs on the blanket.!!! Yuk. The shower needs re-grouting and looks dirty. The towels need replacing and were hard and didn't smell fresh. The walls are thin and we were kept up with...

There is no wifi, it does not work. The spa in the room will be turned off. If leave the heater on so your room will be warm on return from skiing, it will be turned off and the room was cold. The beds had are old the pillow are worn out. Soo over priced for what you got. Think...

a bit overpriced for what you get. a very basic, old style motel, with noisy reverse cycle air conditioner for heating. as it was below zero we had to leave it on all night and between the bad mattress and the noisy heater got little sleep.

After just arriving in our room and not even unpacking the toothbrush we were required back in Melbourne for a medical emergency. Staff Kevin was most considerate and understanding with a refund of $70 of our payment. We were disappointed we couldn't stay in such a friendly and pretty accommodation.
