Stayed there one night only, is certainly worth more. Russell was a very caring and informative host. Beautifully located with splendid views onto the lake. We travelled from Sydney to Melbourne by car, and this was our stop over, which was a bit of a...More
This lodge has an amazing view. Our host Russell was very nice. All we wanted to do was sit on this porch and look at the view. Breakfast was nice and it is nice to interact with the other guests. Rooms are a bit tired...More
Stayed here with wife and two young kids for just one night but loved it. The facilities and rooms are basic but comfortable and clean and I'd take that any day in a place with such charm and character. Beautiful old house with amazing views...More

No, part of the beauty of the place is that it doesn't have TV/Foxtel and you don't miss it. In fact, that is one of the things that make it special. The Guests actually talk to each other and the kids do things they normally wouldn't such as board games, card games, reading etc rather than sitting in front of "the Box" and not communicating. Don't take the lack of having a TV as a negative, it's actually a positive. There is a great little pub in town, a picture theatre and your days will be relaxing exploring the beaches, lakes area, bushwalking or just lazing on the front verandah taking in the views.
You'll enjoy your stay.
