Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Drove pass the Ibis Caravan Park many times over the years and this is the first time
we have stayed and all we can do is the praise the owners and staff as nothing was
to much for them to make our hoilday wonderful.
power sites are the cheapest we have came across and are grassed with some shade.
we went here with our family and had two power sites with camper trailers next to each other, then two cabins,a total of9 kids and 9 adults.
ross the owner open up the paddock next door and made a track for the kids to ride around on there bikes, not many would do this. They have a playground and trampoline under trees for shade, there is a pool with a saftey fence around and lounge chairs, also a small gazbo with tables, chairs. We had so much fun with the kids in the pool.
There is plenty of rubbish bins around the park.
The Cabin we stayed in had two bedrooms, one with a double bed,the next bedroom with bunks for 4 people,a small kitchen with stove, oven, mircowave, fridge ,cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, then table, chairs and a tv,and toilet shower, all very clean, out the front is a bbq and table chairs. Also the bedding came make up and didnt pay any extra as some will charge or you take your own, plus shower towels supply, also they are air condiaton.Toilet blocks are clean, have washing machines, and camp kitchen. The park is dog friendly and have a inclosed dog run.
We cant wait to go back again.

This will be my third stay at Kerang Holiday Park & I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve stayed in the workers accommodation “donga” for $60 per night twice & I’ll be up again in two days for another night with a price of $75 per night.

My Kelpie boy is allowed in the donga with me & the park has an amazing fenced off leash dog area with seating, water, toys, trees & poop bags all provided.

I was able to book last minute accommodation for my niece who will be with me on this trip during Easter school holidays which is awesome.

The donga rooms have always been clean & tidy - the full size fridge is awesome.

All the staff I have dealt with on phone, in office, maintenance & garbage collection have been super friendly.

Stayed here 3 weeks for work. Good weekly discount offered. I took the budget cabin to save money but still even basics werent up to scratch.
No drinking water in cabin, must fill up jug kettle from water tank near laundry.
SPIDERS & webs everywhere, i mentioned this 3 times but never cleaned properly.
An air con in wall which can not cool the small cabin, kept it at a balmy 30degrees most days.
No lounge, a stretch bed in its replacement.

Dont get me wrong at just over $200 a week but it was disgusting the way it was left to enter after i drove 10hrs here.

My final complaint about spiders i was basically told you get what you pay for. Enjoy my pics.

Would be awesome if bringing own caravan or camper as location outside of town so awesomely quiet

I am sorry you had a bad experience and apologize for the state of the cabin. It was a very old cabin that never gets used as you were told beforehand, although it should have been checked before you entered. Since you stayed here I have bought the park outright from my former partner and can assure you this will never happen again. I have sold this old cabin now and only have modern cabins available which are all spotless as always and now very covid compliant as is the rest of the park. You are more than welcome to come back to stay for a week for free anytime if you are back this way. Regards Ross

The owners were lovely people, welcoming, friendly and very conscientious in managing their business. The grounds were immaculate. The doggie off-leash play area is a welcoming attraction for us. The park was absolutely full. Could have used an extra camp kitchen with so many people, or at least a larger one with two more stoves and another two sinks. But it’s probably not always that busy.
There was plenty of steaming hot water, showers and toilets were clean.
But the best thing was the camp fire and live music on the Saturday night.
We have never stayed at a caravan park that looked after guests like that. The surprise was the tariff, it wasn’t expensive either. 👍👏

This is by far the best Caravan Park in Kerang. Wonderful park surroundings and very friendly and helpful hosts. Our elderly parents were very spoilt by the hosts, treated like family. Conveniently located on Loddon Vally Highway.

We have just stayed for 3 nights, it was fantastic a great warm welcome, beautifully kept park and spotless amenities also dog friendly. Just as we arrived we had a problem and within 2 minutes Ross was there assisting us. Would definitely recommend this park, have stayed twice before but just overnight, would liked to have stayed longer this time but only on a short trip.
Thank you

Staying at Ibis caravan park for a month whilst working was a amazing. Ross, Denise the owners and their wonderful dog Gracie Diana and Peter looked after us tremendously. Every Wednesday our room was cleaned like we’d just moved in, and the general service and attitude was amazing. It felt like home. I don’t usually do reviews but I felt like I needed to! Great position, great pool and great accomodation. Thanks guys for a really easy and comfortable month. I will miss it! Couldn’t recommend it more highly!
