Detailed Reviews
What a beautiful, clean, well set up camping/caravan park. Would definitely stay again and have no hesitation recommending it. The well established greenery, location on the river, park pool and connection to the large play areas and public parks means there is many safe spaces for kids to run around plenty of places to just relax. The shop at reception also all those little last minute things you might need. Found booking directly was simple. And changes to your reservation were also easy to handle.
Jamieson as a town has a general store, pub and cafe and they are all in easy walking distance so once you settle in you don’t need to get back in the car if you don’t want to.

Just spent 4 nights at this lovely caravan park. Stayed in a riverview cabin which had a covered decked porch and gas barbecue, lovely sitting out there with a wine whilst cooking on the bbq overlooking the river. Cabin was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A short walk to the Courthouse hotel and nice general store/cafe. Caravan park well maintained with small swimming pool. The Jamieson brewery is also lovely for a meal on the large outdoor deck with nice views. We'll definitely come back for another relaxing getaway.

When we booked a site at the Jamieson Caravan Park we were sent an email containing the rules of the park , and also an agreement to sign regarding our little dog. We were expecting the Park to be run like a boarding school.
We were totally wrong!
The park is very attractive, with many, many trees some of which appear to be hundreds of years old.
Some of the sites were on the bank of the Jamieson River. It was very calming to sit and listen to the river and observe the many species of birds calling the Caravan Park home.
The staff were at all times very friendly and anxious to assist in any way possible.
The only drawback was that "permanent" residents had all the sites surrounding the amenities block. Some of their shacks were an eyesore.

Great caravan park with even better hosts. Surrounded by lovely trees, wildlife and a beautiful creek. Fantastic amenities including well kept shower block, washing facilities and water taps on sites.

Amazing time here, we camped with family over the Kings Bday and had awesome time. The park was very good and Liz and husband ( sorry forgot name) were so helpful the whole time. We ended up staying an extra night in the Glamping tent. The facilities were good and views were amazing. Will be going back again.

Caravan park is on a lovely river. Unfortunately it needs a lot of maintenance and up keep. For $75 a night it is overpriced.
Permanent caravans were dirty and mouldy. Cabins very dated. It could be a great park if the permanent vans were removed.

Was booked to go in January. Prior to this they requested payment in full which I did in good faith. Their refund policy indicates that if you can't come, you only loose the deposit amount. Unfortunately, I unexpectedly became unwell, resulting in a 4 day admission to Hospital. They refused to refund me, despite having a Medical Certificate. They said they would only refund what they are able to rebook. I lost approximately $900. They were aggressive and hostile when I tried to get them to honour their very own refund policy. Please, do not pay in advance.

Lovely spot, shady, clean, tidy, only a very short walk to the pub and cafe. Very close to the river.
Free WiFi, clean amenities.
There are not a lot of sites, a lot of them are holiday permanents, a few cabins. Some lovely powered sites and un powered sites.
Very relaxing and comfortable space.

What a beautiful little secret! This gorgeous little place is surrounded by a small river, pretty trees, well maintained park and BBQ area and clean toilets. The managers of the caravan park are warm and hospitable and its guests are of the same nature. We were 10mins drive for great skiing in Lake Eildon and 100mtrs walk from the main strip in Jamison (great counter meals at the local pub and a good coffee in the morning). We will definitely be back and thank you for having us.
