We booked a 3 bed ground floor apartment. Impressed with everything. Very contemporary feel in a quiet position, shops and beach only 3 minute drive.
Living dining and kitchen have the one air conditioning unit split system up on the wall which does the job but no air con in the 3 bedrooms which is it's only let down if you are going in the hotter months. They do have heaters in all 3 bedrooms though.
2 swimming pools. One indoor heated and one outdoor kids pool. The swimming pool access and gym is included but it is separately run from the rooms. Had to leave the indoor pool as they had water aerobics classes on.
We arrived early and they were nice enough for us to check in at 1pm, a big bonus when you have 2 children under the age of 5yo, and just drove for 4 hours.

Thank you for your feedback. We are looking at the provision of further cooling measures before next summer. House guests have full access to the gym and pools and are more than welcome to join in the water aerobics classes, which currently occur Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Thursday evenings. We understand, however, that this was not ideal with young children involved and apologize for the inconvenience.

Much as we liked our second visit to Broadbeach Inverloch, I can imagine that someone seeking a "resort" holiday may be disappointed. For us, relaxing in the delightful unit, wandering to the tranquil and expansive inlet nearby, getting our feet in the sand, reading books while looking out over the peaceful paddocks, making home-cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen and sometimes driving to restaurants in town (or 15 minutes away, in Wonthaggi) adds up to a delightful way to spend a week. If, instead, we wanted to stay "connected" to wifi (very flukey at times), surf multiple TV channels (not available) and partake in multiple "resort activities" (yes, a tennis court and a pool - but that's it), then we would probably be disappointed. So, our tip would be to be clear on the type of holiday you're wanting.

This is one of the most beautify spots I have seen . It is situated on the foreshore from the beach and is a great well maintained friendly place to stay. The amenities are wonderful and there are plenty of garbage bins situated throughout the park and it is great to see they recycle as well. It is a very busy park and has good security throughout the park.

We stayed here for two nights on a recent trip, the apartment was very well appointed and comfortable, less than a 5 minute walk to the Anderson Inlet beach, very quiet and relaxing break. We would definitely stay here again if we were in this region.

I came as part of a big group, we rented a lot of the townhouses. They were spacious, relaxing and lovely. We were on a cycling weekend so out of the house for most of the time. Didn't get to use the pool and other facilities. But I'd stay there again

As a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) it is usually hard to find accommodation that is modern, comfortable and without having to book extra rooms (motels etc) as well as being reasonably priced.
We were extremely happy (the kids are already begging to come back) with the accommodation - we were in a single storey unit with 3 bedrooms complete with ensuite in the main bedroom as well as full kitchen and separate laundry room. A single remote controlled lock up garage is also provided - especially handy for locking up the family bikes when we weren't using them.
Communication was easy - checkout was made simple by just leaving keys in house and locking up.
Only downside was perhaps a more thorough audit of the property could have been made - some of the lights did not work including the outside light which was particularly difficult when we arrived late at night.
Will definitely be happy to return and stay again.

I absolutely loved the 3bdrm apartment we stayed in it was so spacious, bright, modern & clean. We were in no:15, I highly recommend this particular apartment as it is a single story & ideal for a family with young children. It has been securely & adequately fenced from front to back ideal for young children as they can go in & out safely without them walking out of sight.
Kitchen is fully equipped with awesome appliances. Laundry facilities were great. 2 bathrooms. 3 cosy bedrooms. 3 large balconies surrounding the apartment which are kid friendly. Large living areas, ample space for luggage & food storage. Single Remote garage, for parking at night.
I loved the views from both the living area & master bedroom balconies just gorgeous. We could see wildlife going about there daily business across the farmland was amusing for the children. The couches were super comfy I didn't want too get off them. We used the indoor pool & it was lovely. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed on our stay but it looked gorgeous.
We dined @ Manna Gum on our stay & I would have to say that the mixed oysters & rib eye steak were absolutely delicious. It was a bit of a wait for our meals but at the end the night it was well worth the wait, we enjoyed all our meals. Highly recommend the pork belly as well. Service was great.
The beach is only a 10min walk away, town a 5min drive. The location is really quiet & relaxing. I would only have one complaint...we didn't get too stay long enough. Loved this place will be back again soon.

ok firstly never book this resort through Stockdale and Leggo Inverloch,they are the biggest liars in town!!!
Who builds a two storey apartment without air-condioning upstairs??? Totally unliveable above 28degrees.
Then in winter, it is freezing downstairs through the floor boards:(
serene yes , restaraunt like faulty towers with mostly rude staff , sometimes the flavours are good and sometimes pretty ordinary , the best thing about isthe location easy access to walks and beach , the cleaners and grond staff great , good place for a wedding .the gymnasium is awesome the pool is also very good , new owners have taken over the resort and massive extensions and improvements will take place , I assume it will get very noisy there soon

Your review is a bit misleading as you have never been a direct guest of our business, rather I understand you were a long term occupier of a property quite separately owned by a third party. Given this property is not part of our operation we have no input into its management nor the condition the property is presented. Please note all properties owned and operated by Broadbeach Inverloch Resort have heating throughout, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs.

Family of four needed a " winter break" so this resort in a lovely seaside town sounded perfect.
The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped..( though would have loved a BBQ). It was a quiet time of the year, but the manager of the resort made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the pool facilities! ( needs a warm spa please) Close to the beach and can truly see the potential of this establishment as it grows!!Even had the pleasure of kangaroos jumping around. Look forward to returning some time. And to Ross from the Resort...as promised I would mention you on Trip Advisor " You are a top bloke."

The apartment at Broadbeach Resort Inverloch was modern, spacious and well-appointed. Facilities were fantastic too with an indoor heated pool and gym. Also a short walk to the beach, with the onsite restaurant Manna-Gum serving delicious meals, in particular the curries.
When my daughter left behind her favourite teddy bear, the Resort (Ross) promptly arranged to have the item couriered to our home in Melbourne! Thank you for your great customer service, it's much appreciated.
We all had a delightful and relaxing 3 nights at your property and are looking to return in the near term.
