The motel is a bit quirky and very old, but on entry you will find a very well maintained and clean room, the bed is very comfortable and if you can get past the decor, it is well worth the stay. Just keep in mind that it is on a main rd and beside a roundabout, so traffic can be noisy early. A pleasant stay. A big tick on the cleanliness.

First let me say I’m not a person who usually chooses a motel for my accomodation - I prefer a bit of luxury. That being said this was a flying visit to Inverloch so we went on a budget. Perfect contact free experience which made me very COVID comfortable. The room was clean - dated and a bit tired but everything you could possibly need has been thought of ( crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, milk in the fridge, kettle microwave, toaster I could go on but you get the picture). The motel is situated on a roundabout on the outskirts of town, it is not quiet and the little balcony faces onto said roundabout. As long as your not expecting countryside peaceful, it’s fine. It’s also a 20 minute schlep into town. Didn’t bother us but that may be an issue for some people. Oh and the dolphin taps in the bathroom...piece de resistance...…

Thanks for your extensive review. I do wish to challenge one of your observations, I walk into town regularly, it is a 10minute walk for me as a 60yr old, and 2min in the car.

We have stayed here twice and it has everything you need. Rooms are very clean and spacious and bed is very comfortable. Would recommend this motel for a trip going to inverloch. Service was also great.

Quiet clean motel just on the edge of town. Friendly owner. Place is dated but still in good condition and clean. Reasonably priced compared to other places in the area. Perfect for overnight stop over.

We had a night there during our trip in the region. The location was really nice, the lady at the reception was just amazing, really attentive and nice. The room is clean and has all the facilities needed, a cool balcony at the front. I would recommend it for a stay :)
