Detailed Reviews
The staff were absolutely fantastic to deal with right from the get go. We booked accommodation here six months ago for a music festival which then got rescheduled. I had to change the booking dates for our stay and it was no trouble at all for the staff. They were always kind and courteous and helpful.
The park itself is so well maintained and beautiful to look around in. The cabin was very clean. It was 34 degrees during our stay and the air conditioner and ceiling fan kept us cool and comfortable.
It was an added bonus that the tv had YouTube and netflix.

Arrived here on Friday, excellent service at reception, very clean park overall with excellent amenities. Concrete slabs for powered sites so no dirt to tramp in. Lovely pool and garden area dog friendly as well. Highly recommend this holiday park for a short stay or as a launching place to visit the many wineries around Healesville.

We had a lovely stay in a one-bedroom cabin, plenty of room for the two of us. The place felt cute, clean, new, and neat. Keith was really lovely when we checked in asked about our time there and gave us some suggestions of things to do and places around town.

We stayed here over the Australia Day weekend and I can say enough about this lovely place.
Kylie and Graem who are the managers here were so helpful in helping us in so many ways
The grounds are perfectly manicured and clean and facilitates are great.
Will come here again and the best part is it’s a dog friendly park.
Thank you 🙏

We spent a weekend in a one-bedroom cabin at the Haven and were not disappointed. After initially needing to change our booking, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service and ease of changing the dates of our stay.
The cabin was clean and cosy. We specifically chose Haven at Healesville for its kitchenette and location where we were able to spend the days exploring the close by Yarra Ranges National Park and cook dinner in the evenings with the small but functional facilities.
I would certainly recommend staying here if you have a car (as it is a bit far from the town centre) and I definitely plan on returning to stay with my family in a bigger cabin in the future.

My American wife and I spent two days travelling spontaneously through the Snowy Mountains to get here and while we had a great time, our accommodation on the way, was a wee bit disappointing, especially in the caravan parks, so we were a bit nervous about our pre-booked stopover here, but we needn't have been...
We arrived at 4:30pm and our check-in was easy. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything working. Heating took a little while to get adjusted properly but soon had us thawing out nicely. The onsite laundry had a great washer and dryer and we had three days washing all done and dusted within a couple of hours, which was great. The gateway is lit well enough that we were able to return easily after dark without any hassles. And the shower was hot and welcoming. Electric blankets on the bed helped us make our space comfortable before we settled for our very brief stay of one night only. Our cabin represented good value for money and we would certainly return.

Arrived late and reception was closed. We managed to retrieve the keys. The space was small but the kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook up a storm! The temperature that evening was Low but the heater was sufficient for our cabin!

I was a little skeptical about this place as it was the ONLY place left in healesville for us to stay, so I didnt have any other options. But I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful. Our cabin seemed small but was actually perfect for us and had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, shower deep enough to bathe kids in, heating, etc. And the grounds were clean. If ever I'm back in healesville I'll be staying here.

This is the third time we have visited this park. Mainly made up of cabins but with a small number of excellent ensuite powered sites and powered sites. Quite and close to the main street of Healesville with a great range of eateries. Pet Friendly, would highly recommend this park. Staff very friendly. Lovely gardens and swimming pool

The jam tasted so good. There were other tastings available as well with pita bread & biscuits. And they were very affordable & staffs are friendly. They do good packaging for you if you mention that you travelling via plane. Their Strawberry & pepper plantations looked so healthy & beautiful colors. They also do have cheese & lots of dairy products.

Hi .. we had a family room .. think it was number 10 cabin .. the queen bed was in a separate room off the main living/kitchen area and a separate bunkroom had 4 bunks in it. All the linen was supplied, including towels .. perhaps you might ring them to confirm as I am not sure this is the same for all the cabin/family rooms. We were really pleased with the accomodation and friendliness of the owners/managers. There was a separate block for some toilets, showers and laundry facilities although the cabins had their own bathrooms and toilets. If you had a lot of people (6) in a cabin, some might have liked to use the other facilities to avoid too much time being spent getting ready in the morning (we were all on motorbikes and riding each day) and the owners were fine with this. We did not have to pay any extra to use these facilities either. Another bonus is the swimming pool and bbque area :)
Yes there is a laundry in the grounds. Coin operated machines. Can use dryers or hang the clothes out if you have pegs.
