Grandparents and 2 families enjoyed 5 nights in 3 cottages. The place was ideal for 3 to 7 year olds with plenty of grass to run around on, goats and chickens to feed, a spacious barbecue area and a swimming pool (solar heated so a little chilly for adults!). The cottages were spacious with plenty of hot water and comfortable...

These cottages were perfect for a relaxing retreat for the adults and a fun country escape for the kids. Our 8 and 5 year old had the best time, running around chasing rabbits, watching the ducks, playing on the kids playground, swimming in the pool, riding their bikes etc. etc. I was very content to let them wonder off as...

We stayed with family for one night only in October, sharing 2 cottages. We were absolutely thrilled with the accomodation, it was very comfortable with every convenience to make the stay enjoyable, including a spa bath and wood fireplace to take the edge off the chill. The grounds though are what makes it so special, set on acres of manicured...

Stayed for 2 nights only at here, wished we can stay longer. The environment is so relaxing. Every morning, the birds sang to awake us and the cooling and clean air is so refreshing. We fed the goats and saw a lot rabbits jumping around during sunset. Nice walking around in morning and evening. And we did that every day...

Thanks Wendy for such a lovely stay! It was such a peaceful short holiday for us. The grounds are just so beautiful. I even enjoyed doing the dishes because the outlook was so nice. The spa bath and fireplace were also lovely. We certainly want to come back when our little girl is bigger so she can enjoy Healesville too.

It's no funky 5-star hotel....but really oh so cosy and lovely. I visited this place back in June 2010 with my kid and her grandma. We even had our own fireplace but we weren't very good at making a good fire in the end. Owners kindly provided us with electric heaters instead because it was SO COLD! Cottage is made...

We travel as a wine tasting group visiting a different location every year (16yrs) having done Yarra last 10yrs ago - finding Sanctuary Park Cottages was just perfect, the gorgeous expanse of gardens so beautifully manicured makes this place. Alex & Wendy are delightful. The rustic country cabins are lovely & clean. Highly rate this place for couples & families!

I took my husband here to celebrate his birthday and we stayed in the loft cottage that was very cosy and romantic. We were amazed that the owners not only arranged a meal out for us one evening but also dropped us off and picked up from the restaurant, meaning we didn't rely on waiting for taxis. We felt very...

We stayed at Sanctuary Park for 2 nights on 23 and 24 July. All of us, including my young boy, loved it! The cottages are immaculately clean, with a very natural and rustic feel. The fireplace and electric beds kept us warm and comfy after a cold winter day out! My boy enjoyed feeding the goats, and running around the...
