Your own luxury accommodation. Whether you are relaxing in the large king bed, soaking in the incredibly huge spa or lounging on the beautiful leather couch, you have stunning views, all from inside the luxury of your very own villa. Centrally located & just walking distance from the cafes & restaurants of Halls Gap & yet, very secluded & private. Couples only, can surround themselves with stunning views of mountains, bush land & wildlife, including kangaroos, deer, emus, birds & ducks. Soak in the fantastic spa, sip a glass of red in front of the fire, set in magnificent Grampians stone & watch the mist swirl around the mountain peaks, while the kangaroos graze at your windows. Stroll into town to the famous Kookaburra Restaurant for a fabulous meal of slow cooked crispy skin duckling or spinach crepes & sample some of the local wines. Stroll home and drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling through the cathedral windows. Luxury accommodation, a truly romantic getaway.

This place is something truly special. We stayed in the Bushland villa for two nights. Every window has incredible views of the Grampians, even from the huge bathtub/spa. The local wildlife are in abundance. Kangaroos, emus and so much birdlife to see. So well thought out, from the layout, the facilities provided, the yummy breakfast provisions, the little extras everywhere - you have all you will need, and oh, so much more. When a place is as hard to leave, as this one, you know it has worked its magic. Ps. My husband said - special mention for the shower - one of the best he had ever had

On arrival at Aspect Villas, Bushland, I couldn't believe the location. It was stunning. The view is one of the best in the area. Then later in the evening the kangaroos and deer came out to graze near the villa. Entering the property we were instantly impressed but that was before the afternoon sun hit the expanse of ceiling to floor windows. We had days in the mid 30's during our stay. When the sun hit those big windows around 4pm, the room heated up to an almost unbearable temperature. It would have been over 30 in the room. The floor heats up and the sun hits the couch heating it up too. The small ceiling fan about 4 metres high struggled, but not as much as the air conditioner. It just couldn't cool the room down. There are other reviews that mention the air conditioning, but it is still an issue. The accommodation is listed as luxury and my expectations did not meet the reality. Whilst the view was epic the property was let down by the numerous ceiling down lights not working, dusty walls and the smoke alarm which went off in the middle of the night because of a battery going flat. Before placing this review we made efforts to contact the property owner with several emails. After a week the reply came with no real apology. We were only given reasons why the issues hadn't been addressed. If a property is listed as luxury, it is expected to be exactly that. Most luxury properties don't expect guests to remove all their rubbish and deposit in the outside bins. All up the location is amazing, but the accommodation didn't live up to the expectations on this visit.

Spacious and stunning room with open gas fire and spa. 5 minute walk to the main street, however when at the accommodation it feels as though you are in the middle of no where with floor to ceiling windows watching the Australian wildlife wondering by. Very relaxing! Netflix and wifi included. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived shortly after check in time and the room was still being cleaned. This was frustrating after a 3 hours drive. No apology was provided.

We had a perfect weekend getaway staying in Halls Gap at Aspect Villas. Beautiful villa with beautiful views of surrounding bush land, wild life & of course the towering Grampians from every window. Villa is perfectly situated with complete privacy & is full of everything you need for a very comfortable stay, as well as being about a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. We would highly recommend Aspect Villas when planning a stay in The Grampians. Andrew & Tania

Had a wonderful stay here for two nights in the middle of winter. The property Bushland is perfectly placed just off the main street but feels like you are a world away in the middle of the Australian bush. It is a cosy open plan style, made perfectly for a couple, with large spa, comfy bed and large couch with fireplace. The absolute highlight is waking up to wallabies, emu and deer literally right out the bedroom window, with the wildlife grazing past the front of the property until evening. Outstanding views of the grampians mountain range and a lot of inclusions for breakfast making it easy to just arrive and start relaxing straight away. Highly recommended.
