Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hands down the most fantastic site to stay. Friendly, helpful welcome. Large pitches. Super clean amenities. Nice warm swimming pools. Easy to get to, and to top it off, the amazing wildlife around you in the evening. Top tip- Ask for a pitch on the bottom area overlooking the field where all the wildlife come to visit. We stayed at pitch 108 and it was like watching your own large screen wildlife show. The perfect spot. Can not fault anything about this site. It was so good that we stopped an extra night. Would highly recommended.

This is by far the most picturesque park that we’ve stayed at. Very disappointed that we had to leave early due to family reasons, however the staff were very understanding and helpful. The bottom area of the park is surrounded by beautiful scenery, great sites, some a bit small, and wildlife everywhere even though the cockatoo’s are a bit of a menace. Can’t wait to return.

A good caravan park but was expensive over the weekend. The amenities were very good and plenty of hot water. Our site was on a bit of a slope but not too bad. The park is in a great spot to explore the Grampians from and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

What a thought out set up. We loved this park. Easy to drive around, and set up. Camp kitchen and TV room is fantastic and so clean, the whole park is. 2 pools (1 for seniors) playground for kids. Large grassed area to the side. When we stayed you just felt relaxed. We ordered fire bucket and wood which they deliver right to your site. You can book town activities at the reception (get in early though, activities my kids wanted to do were booked out for weeks) Park is on a sight decline, so if you are at the top of the park, pack some more chocks. Dump point is right out there, one site is right next to it, but could not get our van around to it, due to the weird spot for this site; so bit of a walk. But this was the only complaint. Will stay again.

We booked a 3 night stay for a powered site and it has been amazing. We are surrounded by wildlife (kangaroos, birds, emus & tawny frogmouths), and you can see the beautiful mountains from the camp site. The staff are very friendly and there is hot coffee available to buy every morning 8-11am. It is close to the town centre and to most attractions/sights. You can also pay a low price to have a fire drum and fire wood ready to go when you get there as well. I highly recommend staying here if you want to experience the Grampians as a nature/wildlife lover.

Cannot emphasise enough just how great value for money this place is. Went with some friends for a weekend - the checkin was seemless, they had treasure hunt activities for the kids on top of the swimming pool and play areas. The kangaroos coming by in the morning and evening were also a hit with the little ones. It's in a great location near the local town and the rooms were sufficiently equipped. Would definitely return.

Wowsers…. What a place! We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in a Modern 2 bedroom cabin which was HUGE, very well equipped with oven, full size fridge, microwave, dish washer etc. the Weber on the deck was a great way to cook the BBQ. The wildlife included kangaroos, emus, cockatoos and kookaburras. Although we didn’t use the camp kitchen or pool- both looked fantastic. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park and playground, as well as just running around and playing hide and seek. The service was second to none- from the welcome email to text messages advising of things happening (eg. Park scavenger hunt). The coffee window in the morning was a bonus. All the accom looked great and we can’t stop raving about this caravan park to our friends. Already planning our next trip back!

We stayed in a three bed room cabin that met all our expectations. It was well serviced with everything we needed. I ordered a fire drum and firewood and it was delivered to our doorstep. I loved melting marshmallows with the kids. The park is well poised right next to a mountain providing amazing views all day but in particular at sun set. The kids loved seeing the kangaroos, emus and birds in the wild. The heated pool is exactly as advertised and was perfect. We stayed mid week and had it to our selves. We are already planning our next trip back.

What an absolute gem of a park. We’ve been travelling and staying in parks for the last 8 weeks and this has been the best! Clean, modern and super comfy cabin. But beyond that the views! Wow! Our cabin was overlooking the valley so we were treated to the most wonderful outlook from our balcony of the kangaroos, ducks, emus, kookaburras and cockatoos. Stunning cliffs too. (The only annoyance for us was that we had a three bedroom cabin for two adults and two kids, but only two double beds were made up. We asked for one of the singles to be made up so our boys didn’t have to share a double but were told there would be a charge for that. I don’t think it should be expected that children would share a bed. Fortunately the views and everything else made up for this annoyance).
