Place was simple but there was a sneaky one-time pet surcharge of $45 that wasn't made clear during booking. We only received an SMS to complete payment for the surcharge 2 days before our trip....so we ended paying $200 for a one night stay in a one room cabin. Grossly overpriced.

Thank you for reviewing your stay, we hope you enjoyed it. We are sorry that you were not aware of the dog cleaning fee in advance. This information is available on our website when booking or from Reception staff. The fee relates to the extra cleaning required for a cabin when a dog stays and is a flat fee of $45 across all our different types of cabin. There is no charge for dogs staying on campsites. We've stayed at this park many times before, but this is the first since it became a Breeze Holiday Park. The staff were friendly and helpful and the grounds are great. Kangaroos and emus, lots of birds, playground, pool and wide spaces for the kids to play in. The newly renovated bathrooms were a real treat. But, at $75 per night for an off-peak, uneven powered site, it is now much too expensive.

This is a large park at the foot of the Grampians, we stayed on a powered site. After checking in this park looked promising with lovely staff, a swimming pool at the entrance and beautiful native wildlife. Unfortunately a few small things let this park down, the amenities are very out dated and not maintained well at all. One of the bbqs is located in between the ladies and men’s toilet/bathroom facilities and this caters for most of the campers it’s an extremely strange location.

First time campers, and could not fault the experience! The customer service was on point, answering all of my concerns, and putting my mind at ease. The grounds were great! Seeing the Roos, and the birds was great! The pool and jumping pillow was a hit with the kids. Camp kitchen had a microwave, 4 electric stoves, kettle and a constant supply of dish soap! There were 2 long tables which was perfect for morning breakfast. The showers were so clean! The water pressure was perfect. The back drop of the Grampians was beautiful.. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Nice enough location and park but the cabin we stayed in was pretty tired and worn, absolutely tiny and a bit overpriced because of it. The self contained kitchen really wasn't as sold - the stove is a fire hazard so we had to eat out at a restaurant instead. A little disturbing to see the electrical test tags on the kettle and toaster burnt. It was really clean though and the bed was comfy, the onsite staff do a great job at looking after the place.
The park had a good playground for the kids and in the evening kangaroos and emus wandered around on the grass.
As per a previous review the wifi is switched off after office hours and with no optus or telstra reception you can't do any holiday planning. If we had known either of these things we wouldn't have stayed at this place.
In the few days before our stay we received no fewer than 8 sms reminders to complete an overly zealous covid checklist online that included a request for details of addresses we have stayed at in the past 2 weeks and "have we ever had covid". Asking the standard covid questions about vax status and close contacts is ok but this questionnaire was OTT, invasive and did not make us feel remotely welcome. This must be a Breeve corporate initiative and as such we might be giving this chain a miss in future.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed. Our budget cabins are like a big caravan, but we do have a range of much larger cabins that may have better suited your needs. The wifi is not switched off in the evenings, it is just that the connection we are able to offer in our remote location is not able to handle a large volume of traffic, so unfortunately, can become unreliable if a lot of people try to use it at once, like in the evening. Our staff are always happy to help with recommendations and holiday planning though, and we do have a number of pamphlets and brochures available to help with this. We are sorry that you found the pre-check in over the top. All these questions look to adhere to government record-keeping for contact tracing in the event that a covid positive person does visit the park. It is good to hear that the cabin was clean and confortable and the staff were helpful, and the wildlife make for a lovely experience. The Team @ Breeze Holiday Parks Grampians

The front desk staff were fantastic. Friendly, accommodating and helpful.
Pool area looked nice.
Sites are adequate in size. Grassed open field areas are pretty.
Fire pits are a welcome touch...but take your own wood as buying it is costly.
BUT... The amenities were dirty, grimy, putrid and disgusting!
Rubbish all over the paths in doorways and around all buildings.
The garden beds were mostly dead or weeds.
Dated is fine but dirty is not!
Someone decided that the middle of school holidays AND a long weekend was the right time ti work on toilet blocks.
A leak or spillage made the floors slipperly and filthy with mud and grass.
I refused to use the shower at all and begrudgingly used the toilet.
The camp kitchen needed a good clean too. Greasy grimy cobwebs hung from the rafters and fittings.
The cabins were ok with clean linen and nice shower.
The views were breathtaking!

Thank you for reviewing your stay, we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our amenities. We completely agree with clean over dated and do our best to keep this area as clean and tidy as possible. I would note that the weather has been particularly wet recently, which definitely makes this task more difficult. I also apologise that the long-awaited renovations to the amenities impacted your holiday, but it was not a long weekend or a school holiday week in Victoria. I do hope that you reported any issues to staff to be rectified immediately. It is good to hear that our staff, pool, cabins and firepits were appreciated, though. We hope that you'll come back and see the improvements to the amenities when they are finished at the end of the year. The Team @ Breeze Holiday Parks - Grampians

This holiday park is in a beautiful location with the craggy mountains of The Grampians overlooking our cabin and kangaroos munching grass outside. Although the cabin was a bit the worse for wear, it had everything we needed. Our biggest concern was that we were not able to charge our electric car from either our cabin or a vacant caravan site as we have been able to do at every other holiday park we have visited. We were told that it would overload the electrical circuit in our villa which shows a complete lack of knowledge of EVs which would use only 10amps when charging overnight when very few appliances are being used. We have not recommended this holiday park on EV Facebook forums.

Thank you for reviewing your stay, however, I believe you may have stayed at our Halls Gap park in the centre of town. We do have a plug that can be used to charge EVs at the Grampians park, however, this is not connected to any of our cabins or powerheads, it is on one of our service buildings. The reason we do not allow charging in guest areas is because the initial draw is too high for these circuits, not the 10amps charging power, which kicks in after activation. The holiday park has cabins of different sizes and also sites for campervans. The place was not fully occupied when we checked in, I think there’s only a few occupiers. We got the deluxe cabin and it was big enough for two of us and we liked that we can park outside the cabin. Teh cabin was quite clean and the bed is pretty comfortable. The toilet was very small and the shower is pretty bad. Water would get everywhere when we showered and the temperature is not constant. The heater was non-existent and it was winter and showering was torturous. We were so cold throughout our stay. There’s also some fun rides to rent for about $10 for half an hour. We had some fun with that. Other than that, I would say we liked the stay.

Thank you for your review, it's great to hear you enjoyed your stay so much. We are on the edge of the Wimmera-Mallee desert so we do tend to have cold nights but warmer days and we do have extra blankets available for times like this. Glad to hear you enjoyed yourselves and had some fun rides on the pedal karts. Hope to see you again. The Team @ Breeze Holiday Parks - Grampians

Excellent property to visit with very welcoming and friendly team .
Check in was easy . 2 bedroom deluxe cabin was really nice and offered the space we needed with three small kids. It was quite cold while our stay and management easily found a additional small heater to help lift the comfort of the room where toddler was sleeping .
Really enjoyed the open spaces, views of Grampians, local animals sharing the grounds.
Holiday park is about 2.5 km walk outside of town , close to the halls gap hotel.
Has a bouncer pillow , kids park, basketball hoop, and scooter pump track.
Overall lovely experience, next time we will stay longer so we get more bush walking in .

I visited Breeze Holiday Parks - Grampians with my parents and our two dogs. We were very excited to be able to have a holiday somewhere that we could bring our two furry friends with us. It was great that we could have the dogs inside the cabin with us, and the fenced dog run was a great place to let them off the lead to run around. The park itself was beautiful, so many large trees surrounding us, with magnificent mountain views outside our windows. It was lovely to walk around the grounds and see kangaroos freely roaming throughout the park. The park was so well maintained, clean and had obviously been renovated recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again, 5 stars!
