A lovely place to stay. We just spent 4 nights here, the owners were lovely and friendly. Overlooked by the beautiful mountains, it was quiet and relaxing. The cabins were clean and functional, new owners say they are updating them which will be fantastic as they are in need of modernising. We will be back!

Really nicely appointed cottages with all the essentials, but still cosy enough to be really comfortable and relaxing. The log fires were a treat as it rained regularly during our stay of three days. The surrounds are really quiet, as it is slightly out of the busiest part of the village, but still within walking distance to restaurants. There is... More

We came looking for a few days respite from a busy life and we found it! Very comfortable well appointed cabin with all you need for self catering. Cosy wood fire which we thoroughly enjoyed particularly as the weather was chilly and wet. Our cabin was quite and we were delighted to be able watch the wallabys, ducks and deer... More

As an American travelling to Australia for the first time, it was quite a treat to wake up to kangaroos at our door. The cabins were very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We got a bit too comfortable here and actually left our passports in the bedside drawer. The owners were nice enough to mail them to us... More

Spent a great weekend in the Grampians. Our hosts Bard and Rosie looked after us, let them know we were on our way and they turned on the heater in our room before we arrived. The cabins are spacious, good sized fridge. The log fire is great for us city folk and supplies are replaced daily. Walking up in the... More

We have enjoyed a one week stay in the lovely Halls Gap Log Cabins. Warm, cosy cabins even when the weather has been extremely cold, wet and windy. There is a slow combustion wood fire as well as split level air conditioning. Each cabin is very private and well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. There are... More

We had a lovely stay in Halls Gap Log Cabins. The bungalows are spotless clean, spacious and well equipped - including a good set of kitchen utensils, and a fireplace (wood and fire starters provided). Our toddler had the best time of his life waking up to see dozens of kangaroos and emus roam around the premises, unconcerned by our... More

We are accommodation owners on the South Coast of Victoria and were looking for the perfect "bookend" to our peak season (26th December - 8th May). We chose to visit the Grampians as it wasn't too far away and the perfect destination to unwind and get away to a different environment to what we are used to!. We were looking... More

Everything about the cabin was perfect except for the beds. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor leaving both my partner and I with extremely sore backs. A romantic weekend away turned into one of us sleeping on the couch and minimal sleep. We spoke to the managers the next morning to see if there were any other rooms... More

Five couples had 3 nights at the cabins, and enjoyed every minute. Accommodation spotless and so roomy, the open fire was a huge plus. The 2 bed unit we had was big enough for all of us to have a meal in comfort together. Rosie and Bart are so accommodating and nothing is a problem, the wildlife around the property... More
