Apartment 2 at Elk at Falls was perfect for two families of five (10 in total!) to enjoy a ski trip together.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms (including a drying cupboard) together with a living room and kitchen, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The downstairs laundry with ski and boot racks ensured our gear was warm and dry for the next days skiing.
The outdoor spa area was a great way to relax after a day of skiing, the apartment 3 cocktail bar and Bob Sugar restaurant conveniently located within the building were both terrific places to eat and drink.
Leanne and the team were amazing hosts, picking us up from the ATS terminal and dropping us back at checkout. In between ensuring the apartment had everything we needed throughout our stay. It couldn’t have been easier!
We will definitely be going back at Elk, fingers crossed it’s in 2021!

Leanne and Jake treated to us to a wonderful stay at Elk for the September holidays. The accommodation is outstanding, beautifully fitted out with very comfortable bedding and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. There is drying cupboard in every apartment, which easily dries all your gear overnight. The ski/boot room has been very well set up, and there is a washing machine and dryer there too.
There are three outdoor spas, which we used everyday after our day on the slopes.
Bob Sugar is excellent and we were able to get coffees for breakfast to take up to our apartment... a cocktail and dinner there is a must in any stay too.
Leanne and Jake were so generous, obliging and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better hosts.... thank you so much.
The location is a short ski/walk to Halleys, or there is a bus stop right outside. Hire from Central Snowsports and they will pick up your gear after your stay.

Stayed for 3 nights during 2022 opening weekend.
The fantastic thing at Elk is that every time you stay, the place gets better and better. The rooms are super high quality, beds extremely comfortable, modern kitchens and little aspects like heated towel rails sets it apart. The location is full ski-in/out and the included oversnow transport supplied by Elk is a fantastic bonus. The newly added hot tubs are the cherry on top. Thanks to Leanne & Jake for a fantastic stay. Catch you again in August.

We stayed in Apartment 12 for 4 nights. The apartment was very nice and modern. The communication via email and text message was good. The facility is well positioned and has everything you can expect for the money at a ski in ski out location.
However, I was not pleased when I called with some questions to be abruptly told that I should refer to the Falls Creek website. When we again followed the requested check in procedure (calling in advance of arrival) we got the same stroppy attitude from the owner. It was my families first ski holiday and I know that it’s been stressful times for hospitality businesses but it really showed.
Also, the lower level apartments are right amongst the restaurant kitchen, toilet, food stores and bin access. The noise of doors opening and shutting (slamming) till late every night and early the next morning was stressful. Also we could hear the floor above us thumping about as people walked around. I’ll never stay on the lower levels again too noisy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Elk, Jake was wonderful with his communication in picking us up and dropping us off at the transfer spot when we arrived and left.
The room was beautiful and clean as always and had good amenities to make coffee and tea and any simple lunches or breakfasts we had when we didn't feel like grabbing anything out.
In saying that we also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner at Bob sugar restaurant and many amazing cocktails in apartment 3 bar. The bar staff were amazing!
We absolutely loved the new magnesium hot tubs and made use of them every day! They were perfect regardless of whether it was a blue bird perla or dumping snow and a must use on your visit
The location, facilities and staff of Elk are 10/10 and are so accommodating to work around the never ending lockdowns and restrictions and still be able to deliver first class service!

Elk at Falls is situated in the middle of the village. Easy access to all your favorite restaurants and only few minutes walk to Slalom Plaza / Halley's Comet. We stayed at Room 8 (for 2 people) with a very comfortable king size bed, a small kitchenette, a decent size wardrobe with plenty of hangers and most importantly the drying cupboard was very effective to dry and warm up ski jackets / pants / gloves / beanies. Bathroom was well lit and well ventilated (the mirror never fog up). In addition to the regular TV channels, the smart TV also provides YouTube / Netflix / Disney+ options. Complimentary washer and dryer are also available in the ski equipment storage room.

Everything about this place ticks every box.
Great comunications with staff prior to arrival sorting out all the covid stuff to make quick and easy check in.
Once in our room we were blown away with the standard to the place. Warm, cosy, very clean and heaps of room. We made good use of the full equiped kitchen but don’t miss out on breakfast served down stairs.
Such a great location from the chair lift and the village bus stops out the front when your too tried to walk back after skiing all day.
Well stocked cocktail lounge for pre dinner drinks but save room for “Feed me” at Bob Sugar” as it will have you rolling to your room in a food coma.
You guys have sent a new standard for our accommodation up at Falls.
We will be back

Can’t complain about our stay at The Elk! Excellent convenient location with just a short walk/ski down to Homebase/Halley’s Chairlift and a shuttle bus stop right outside!
The King/Twin Suite was nice and clean albeit a little tight but for 2 people, it was perfectly fine. The drying wardrobe in the room was so good, everything was nice and toasty dry within an hour.
Facilities were very nice and clean. The spa was a dream to relax in after a long day out skiing. Ski and boot storeroom was nice and big and convenient. The food at the restaurant Bob Sugar was delicious - definitely one of the best restaurants on the mountain. Breakfast was nice however would have been nicer with more variety given the reduced winter menu.
Jake was very accommodating with check-in and check-out and was very informative on arrival giving recommendations etc.
Will definitely be back!

Booked the last room available, drove 15 hours to enjoy the early season dump and were greeted with an early check-in by the biggest cheeky grin on the mountain. Knew at that moment we were in for an awesome holiday! Thoughtful, clever and cozy rooms that are like a big warm hug. Breakfast was fantastic, apres at Apartment 3 too much fun but the best for this worn out ski bunny was the outdoor spa! Take me back NOW! Jake the manager is an outstanding and generous host and has spoiled us for choice - never staying anywhere else on the mountain. Booking for Xmas and next season!
