Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

For family mergency reasons in Shepparton, we have had to find a place to stay overnight many times this year; Castle Creek Motor Inn has become our go-to motel because it really represents great value for money. - The room is spacious, well-designed(reversed AC in kitchen area away from the bed!), very comfortable bed and pillows. We slept so well each time we stayed there. (what matters the most for travellers!) - The kitchen even has expresso machine. - The bathroom is a little small but very cleaned with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers available. We recommend this motor in and would stay again when family duties call us there again.

Beautifully renovated room with a nice kitchenette. This is a first class motel with everything you could want. Great attention to detail, big screen TV, comfortable bed. On arrival, we received a friendly welcome and were provided with a map and some advice about where to go, to eat etc. We didn't get this kind of welcome anywhere else. We highly recommend this motel. Very impressive. We would definitely stay here again.

We did a road trip to Far North Queensland and stayed at a lot of different types of accommodation while on the road, this one was the last one before we arrived home and it was immaculate. Everything about the presentation of the room was first class, it was well maintained and it was fitted out with the highest quality fittings, bedding and linen. You can also self check-in if you can/want/need to do this. If there is a down side it is that the motel is situated about 1-2 minute drive to the centre of town but this also means it is very quiet at night.

Very nicely appointed rooms obviously recently refurbished. Massive TV, very comfy firm beds, room was very clean with a good little kitchenette. Even has a pod coffee machine with pods provided. Very helpful front desk if they are not there they will leave a key for you. Overall great value.

Stayed in Euroa for one night for work. Place was great value, comfortable, stylish even. Looks like it's had a recent makeover. Check-in etc. was a breeze too. All country roadside motels should be this good.

The Castle Creek Motel is an older style motel but it has recently been thoroughly upgraded. Our room was simply excellent. Very modern, very well fitted out and very comfortable. It is a credit to its owners. You would be hard pressed to find a better room for the price. Also suggest the Seven Creeks pub for dinner.

The (I assume) owner was very friendly and nice enough to provided a map of where we could get some food on a Sunday night. The room was nice, very clean, and had everything we needed. The rain shower head was a nice surprise and heavenly to use, though watch out for the step down into the shower. Our toddler was very well behaved and only had to unplug the phone to keep him out of mischief. If we're passing through Euroa in future we will be staying again!

We paid $128 per night for a queen room Pros An absolute bargain for such a great room Newly renovated room with lovely views out to the countryside. Nice pool and BBQ areas - it would be a good place to stay with family or a group of friends in the summer time Whisper quiet, we had room 8 on the end. Lovely, comfy bed with good linen Cons The doona was really heavy, so we slept under 2 sheets which was ok as we had electric blankets. A great find and we will be back :)

Neat clean and everything that you need for a stopover. We stayed on our way to Holbrook and made a point of staying again on our return to the peninsula. From now on it will be our go to place for accommodation in Euroa. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk it is not far from the shops or the seven creeks hotel.

Executive Queen Room. This new find for us was without fault. Brand new bathroom, kitchenette, spacious room, coffee pod machine, renovation workmanship was spot on. Attention to detail with styling was just right. Large screen Smart TV was great. I often write reviews, some I am brutally honest when they are bad. So when I say there are no complaints for the Castle Creek Motel, it means we loved it. I said to my wife if we get a chance it would be great for more than one night rather than an overnighter on our regular trips between Geelong and home.
