The B&B is probably better described as a mini 3 unit motel. The units are studio with queen bed,2 easy chairs, small frig and a tea/coffee making facility. Clothes storage is a small cupboard (no hangers) and there was no table (significant later). Definitely quiet and short distance to our usual stay (The Royal Mail). What let the stay down was the breakfast-a basket with apiece croissant ,bottle of juice and a peach. No cutlery, plateware, jam or butter and the croissant's were cold. Of course no table to wrestle with the provisions. Covid or not there has been sufficient time to come up with a meaningful breakfast. We checked out and went to the Old Bakery for breakfast. Next time it will be back to the tried and trued and more expensive Royal Mail

Comfortable and close to everything. Eda was a wonderful host and was attentive to all our needs. The short walk to the Parker St Project was delightful under the gaze of a curious wallaby. Breakfast was a delight, stewed fruit and a range of local produce. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, Mount Sturgeon visible from the bed I slept in. Lovely little verandah to hang out with others that travelled with us. Excellent.

Great bed and breakfast. Clean and large room with perfect location if you are looking to explore the southern Grampians. Breakfast basket had hot cross buns (as it was Easter), juice, fruit and yogurt and also a coffee voucher to the local cafe and bakery (make sure you use it, delicious coffee!). Eda was a lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed. Will def stay here again when visiting the Dunkeld area.

Room was of a decent size however it’s the other small things that make it and for us we left disappointed. Worst internet service across the entire stay, the TV was that small, you couldn’t see the footy scores. No table to put your breakfast on, ended up on the bed. The advertisement showed a picture of a dining room. Couldn’t find that anywhere and finally the noises coming from the split system above us and the toilet kept running which meant it kept filling up during the night. All in all a very disappointing weekend stay.

In a quiet spot ( like most of Dunkeld !!), it is a short walk to everything in the town. The hosts are terrific - friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice withy everything you need. While the colours of the decor are a bit dated and the bathroom also, the rooms are very comfortable. Wifi didn't work easily but the TV caught the footy for us. I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this Bed and Breakfast. From the moment you arrive, its made feel like home. You have a beautiful room which is very spacious along with a lovely en-suite. Eda and her husband are very welcoming and are willing to spend time and high-light areas of interest for traveling around the Grampians. There is no need for a tourist office stop with Eda around. She told us about beautiful drives and wildlife to look out for on our way to Halls Gap. Also she provided us with a simple but excellent map that we used on our whole trip. Should be noted the tourist office in Halls gap said we needed nothing else but that for our journey :)

The views from this b&b are amazing and the breakfast was just perfect. It is Continental but beautiful, fresh bread, spreads, coffee, great selection of teas and the most beautiful yogurt to accompany your cereal or fruit. Also her advice on where to eat around Halls Gap was perfect, so thank you.

If we are every traveling that way again we will be back, and most certainly be telling our friends about it.

I found this place accidentally through this website as I wanted something different on our road trip to Melbourne. This B &B was lovely and fantastic views of the southern Grampian ranges. There are 3 rooms with a shared dining room which supplied a continental breakfast of cereals, fruits, yoghurts and the ability to cook your own toast with lots of condiments. The host is lovely and very accommodating. Great place to stay.

This is a basic bed and breakfast. Adequate with few frills. We found the bed hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was just cereal and toast. The chair seat covers around the breakfast table were stained

A well-located B&B with a peaceful outlook. My dog and I enjoyed a really relaxing three days in this comfortable place. Eda was very welcoming and a tea tray shortly after I arrived after a 300km drive was much appreciated. My dog was fascinated by the kangaroo grazing in the paddock next door.
Note 1: kangaroos are not dog-friendly so if you have a dog with you, keep it on a leash.
Note 2. On a clear night, the star-filled sky will blow your mind.
Lee.
Note 3: The online booking site is not user-friendly. Although staying for three consecutive days, I had to make three individual daily bookings with a booking fee added for each day. Better to book direct with the property.

Grampians View is a lovely hosted B&B with 3 beautiful rooms each with a verandah where you can sit to watch the roos. The B&B was specially built and each room opens onto a hallway which leads to the guest sitting room/breakfast room. The owners are on site and so lovely and down to earth. Would definitely recommend.
