It’s been said before, but they’ve really thought of everything here. Very very comfortable stay with everything we need. The layout of our studio cottage was very well thought out and we had anything we could think of. We loved having the fireplace, with daily firewood deliveries, and the spa. Plenty of room inside and out to enjoy the wonderful view. Great value for money and a fantastic getaway.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable; convenient and considered the cabins are. There was nothing that I needed that wasn’t there. Ability to have a fire was fantastic. Bath/spa was great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Two tv’s and wifi. Iron and ironing board. Heating/cooling and ceiling fans. Bluetooth speaker. Little things like being able to dim lights is not something you consider but great to create a cozy space. Great couches with plenty of seating space. Indoor and outdoor areas means you can enjoy both. Surrounding gardens and facilities were really well maintained. The attention to detail has set this place apart from many other places I have stayed with family. Oh.. and it was so quiet at night. Slept fantastically! We will be back as so much to explore through the Grampians and surrounding countryside.

We were originally seeking convenient access to the Southern Grampians & read the reviews & thought we'd give SGC a go...... we'll not chose to stay in Halls Gap again after loving the serenity in Dunkeld with the amazing accommodation. Yes the cottages were built a long time ago but they've been updated with every little detail thought of: full amenities (good quality) with lots of little things that made us feel like home. This place was spotless too. The local wildlife & pets were also a bonus & kept us entertained!

Southern Grampians Cottages are an excellent place to base yourself to visit Dunkeld or the Southern Grampians. The site itself was beautifully maintained with the cottages well spaced and nicely separated from each other. The cabin was thoughtfully fitting out with all expected amenities. Very highly recommended.

Best equipped cabin, super clean, spacious in a gorgeous bush setting. Great for anyone. Perfect for exploring Southern Grampians bush walks. Breakfast basket was a real treat, make sure you order. Local treats in small shopping centre.
