Good clean family rooms. Stayed there on the way way to Adelaide. Very basic but vary large family rooms (2 rooms). Taxis 24/7 available if you want to go out and have a drink. Good pool on a hot day. Would recommend
Stayed here while visiting Little Desert National Park. There's not much else out this way but I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It's very basic but it's clean accommodation with very friendly, helpful staff. Thank you!
Stayed overnight on way home from Adelaide. Motel is older but spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Very good value for money. Staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend
I was travelling from Port Augusta to Melb and required a place to stay enroute, knowing it was going to be around 10 pm or later when I would need something I rang ahead to this motel and the lady who took the call was very accomodating and said the key would be available and the room I’d be in. I was also driving a bus and she had an area for me to park out beside the motel. When I arrived around 10.30 pm she met me at the bus and helped with my luggage in the dark to the room. The room was very clean and the bed spot on and being just off the HWY there was no road noise so you could have the window open and enjoy the breeze. It’s actually refreshing to stay in these older motels run by a family after staying usually in large corporate hotels in cities.
Nice motel, a little dated but clean with comfy beds, all mod cons, Wifi, TV, Air cond, electric blankets etc. Also use of full kitchen. Very nice Manager. He recommended us to go to the Hotel Victoria in the township for our evening meal which was excellent and the hotel had olde world charm. Also nice walk along the river.
