What a great little park, well maintained, spotless amenities, great camp kitchen ( though Ty said basic) great location walk to town in 1 minute watching football practice on a Tuesday night nice walk around the adjacent lake. Great friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend

Absolutely gem of a caravan/cabin park with hosts Ty & Esther having done a magnificent job. Sites are large (many look to be drive through), lots of shady trees and amenities are spotless. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to all.

Ty & Esther have built this park up beautifully. A wonderful quiet location with a chilled vibe, and just 2 minutes walk into historic Chiltern.
Very well maintained park with our sites being offset slightly so you don't feel like you're on top of your neighbours - and a drive through site made for a simple arrival.
Facilities are always clean and well maintained. Drinks by the fire was a nice treat at sunset and a great way to meet your neighbours (and some locals) if you want to.
We stayed 6 nights to explore the area, and will certainly return. Good place for a relaxing few days, or as a stop over to far flung locations.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a tour of the historic Woolshed area. Stayed in a very comfortable clean spacious cabin, overlooking a beautifully treed park. There are cabins bigger, overlooking lake anderson, but this suited me fine.The park is 5 mins walk to town , with a popular bakery and quite large supermarket as well as a couple of pubs. Bathroom was big enough and the bed was comfortable. Caravan sites seem spacious. Lawn bowlers will be able to get a game by ringing a number ob the bowling club door. Each cabin has a good size varandah to enjoy a few drinks on, and watch the antics of a rabbit family munching away on flowers. Only criticism was a small tv and no abc reception. Would stay here over Beechworth any day of the week

What an absolute gem of a caravan park. Clearly well run and well maintained with all the caravan park amenities you could want. Shower and toilet block nicely refurbished. Park is small but in a lovely tranquil location by the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Newer lakeside cabins are fantastic and well worth considering. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If your travelling the Hume Hwy it would be a worthwhile stay for a few days being only a short distance off the highway.

We decided on this park as we had stayed previously on our trip from Qld. We were not. Disappointed as luckily we arrived on a night they had a communal fire pit going which they notified us prior , we met some lovely people and we were so impressed with the beautiful clean facilities the park had. We’re coming back on our return trip and will probably stay an extra couple of nights.

We have stayed here many times in cabins and have been very pleased. It is an great caravan park to stay, clean and well maintained - BUT this time we could only get a Pod to stay in. It was so cramped inside with not even a small table so the only place to eat was the uncovered deck. It rained while we were there so nowhere to eat except on a small couch with our plates balanced on our laps. There is only a 1/2 size bathroom sink to wash your plates in, no cupboards. The cabin was very clean and up to date, just not suitable for staying in. The parking by the cabin is fine except that it was a nightmare to back out past the other vans and cars, with no room to turn the car around.

We understand that they are small, however, they are comfortable. They are by no means measurable to a cabin. The month of December is becoming busier and busier with each year, so unfortunately, we run out of options due to bookings earlier and earlier. We hope to have a cabin available for your next stay. We where lucky enough to get a booking in this great caravan park for New Year’s Eve Perfect for us , two adults and two 8 year old boys We arrived thinking thir wasn’t a pool but on Stovall realised that the local pool may as well have been on the grounds as no road to cross and it is huge and not having to deal with the massive crowded as you do in a lot of caravan park pools There is a stunning lake also with a great track to walk and ride around , 5 min walk and you are on Main Street . Massive football oval for kids that you can walk from your campsite . Bike riding for the kids everywhere , and the park is immaculate , all facilities showers toilets grounds etc , feels like you are staying in a massive nature park ,no ugly fences just lovely trees and lawn . I must say we do a lot of caravanning and I feel this is one of my favourite parks for kids . And I live the fact that it’s doesn’t feel too commercial

Absolutely love this Caravan Park. The Park is a great spot from which to launch yourself to explore the area. The park is well kept, clean, quiet and has drive through sites for caravans and great cabins for those without the van. Owners are friendly and helpful. They use a text messaging system to keep you informed of happening both at the park and local. This was our 4th longer term stay at the park and every time we have seen improvements and additions to the park. The fire pit happy hours are a must and generate a real,community within the park. Do yourself a favor and give the park a go.

The owners and people in the park are fantastic. The park community make a stay one to remember. Once you are set up the day trips to the wineries in Rutherglen on fantastic food in Beechworth make the whole experience well rounded.
