Check in was done via a touch screen kiosk and was simple to follow. My Mum had booked a group for powered sites, unpowered sites and cabins and we were all close together which was great. There was a lack of communication from management as we were moving a booking that was cancelled due to Covid last year to now which was stressful but the grounds were great. Well maintained grass areas with large sites, optional fire pit (additional cost), camp kitchen with working BBQs and other cooking appliances. The shower blocks were clean and well maintained. Walking distance to an amazing lookout and botanical gardens. Overall very happy with our Easter camping holiday. Thanks.

Thank you for your review. I am pleased we managed to get this sorted for you - COVID certainly provided its challenges but it sounds like all is well that ends well. So happy you had a lovely Easter break away and we hope to see you again in the future.

The self check in was a bit challenging. The cabin was roomy and comfortable. Being next door to the beautiful botanical gardens was a real pleasure and the view of the crater lakes was stunning. Very relaxing.

This was one of the most unusual check in's All done by touch screen no one in reception. It went remarkably well with the key to our cabin drooping into the box. Cabin easy to find and it was a delight. Nice and clean and lots of space. The deck gave us a beautiful view over the lakes. Such was the location on the deck we could not see any other cabins or caravans in the park

A wonderful location when you go for a short walk past the botanical garden which overlooks the two lakes. It's a short drive to the lake. We were fortunate to be there with a group flying their remote control planes - very graceful and entertaining. Facilities were clean but need serious updating. Some caravan sites have a concrete slab. Very family friendly, safe for little ones to wonder around and play and ride bikes and scooters.
