Glenda and Charles were thoughtful and friendly hosts. The room was beautifully furnished and each one has a veranda to sit out on. We enjoyed the garden and loved the conservatory to sit in and relax. We didn't use the car the whole time we were there as we walked or rode our bikes everywhere. We could not fault a thing. A fantastic break!!

Absolutely perfect B&B! From the first step inside you are made to feel welcome. The owners welcomed us with a lovely afternoon tea in the beautiful lounge room, next to open fire. The room was exquisite with beautiful bed and a spa bath in every room. It was like stepping back in time. The owners were helpful but never intrusive. Even gave us port and chocolates in the evening.
Morning after a wonderful nights sleep and a quick stroll outside before being served a great breakfast which included home baked muffins. Even little bowls of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Really can't fault Erindale in any way.
And I fell in love with the town of Beechworth!!

Erindale is a delight. In beautiful Beechworth we were welcomed by Charles and Glenda with tea and home made cake after a day's car journey. The B&B is an exquisitely renovated period home, within easy walking distance of the town centre, where there are numerous restaurants. Besides the large and comfortable bedroom, there is a sitting room, conservatory and lovely garden to enjoy. Off-street parking is available and there is no noise from passing traffic (we were in one of the front rooms).
The served breakfast was excellent with fresh made muffins (including some to take away!). Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay at the Erindale Guest House. Lovely hosts, who shared the history of the B&B with us which was great. So lovely to arrive and have tea & scones in the sunny conservatory. A relaxing start to the weekend. And then breakfast both days was delicious. Thanks to Glenda & Charles for such lovely hospitality. We'll be sure to be back.

Well this is what a B & B should be. Our own en suite room with the lounge and dining room shared with other guests was the perfect getaway. To arrive back from dinner to a warming open fire and supper before bed was a great way to end the day. Then, in the morning to have a full breakfast served in the formal dining room by the very gracious hosts was an indulgent and fantastic way to start the day. To appreciate the very tastefully restored house just topped it all off.

We couldn't have wished for a better place to spend the Queens Birthday long weekend. Glenda and Charles were wonderful and Erindale Guest House was a most warm and charming B and B. Both Glenda and Charles were very helpful to us in many ways. They provided us with much friendly and useful advice about Beechworth and the surrounding areas. It was a pleasure to wake up each morning in their beautiful bedroom and look forward to being served their yummy breakfast.. And on arrival home at night, in the loungeroomwe we were left a snack to eat as well as a carafe of Port. The Guest house is surrounded by a beautuifully maintained large garden. We were delighted we chose to stay at the Erindale Guest House. Thank you Glenda and Charles. Moli and Frank Carew

We arrived to at Erindale B&B to a very warm welcome and delicious afternoon tea. Glenda and Charles provided the perfect balance of friendly hospitality with a high regard for guest privacy. Erindale is a beautifully restored heritage home just a short stroll from Beechworth's Main Street with abundance of restaurants and tantalizing shops and historic buildings. The accommodation was excellent and the food first rate. The gardens were delightful even in early winter and offer many spots to enjoy a glass of local wine. Glenda and Charles clearly enjoy spoiling their guests as much as we enjoyed being spoiled.

I stayed at Erindale the night before my wedding and then afterwards with my husband. Glenda and Charles were charming and welcoming hosts who immediately put me at ease and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Erindale is a romantic and serene place with plenty of old-style charm. It has been beautifully restored and is spotlessly clean; the little touches like chocolates and port and dried rosebuds were just lovely. Erindale was the perfect place to hold a small, impromptu pre-wedding photo-shoot, which Glenda and Charles very graciously agreed to with little notice! It would be a spectacular location for a vintage wedding. We were completely spoilt with a full breakfast and excellent coffee. We both intend to stay here again in the future! Autumn is a spectacular time to visit Beechworth, but I would visit anytime - even in winter so that I can sit next to the log fire!

We stayed at Erindale for three nights over a long weekend.
The welcome was warm as mentioned by others - coffee, cake, chocolates and port were the standard evening offering in front of the open fire in the lounge. There were other guests who were friendly and the atmosphere was great.
The rooms were lovely, ensuite needed another shelf, but was also wonderful. The spa bath was a relaxing touch after a long day of discovery around the town. Having our own open fire, which wasa reset daily, added to the luxury of the weekend.
Glenda and Charles recommended fantastic dining options in town, interesting spots to visit and were available for any questions or help.
The breakfasts each day offered a different starter - poached peaches with crumble, mixed berry and cinnamon oat crumble, and rhubarb and pear with a creme de fraiche. A choice of hot foods followed, with toast and local jams/marmalades for the very hungry. Each breakfast also had freshly baked muffins (which provided an amazing aroma upon waking!), served with a paper bag in case we preferred them for morning tea. Day three's breakfast also had a choice of french toast with fresh blueberries and organic maple syrup.
You will love the old world ambience of Erindale and its gardens, but the breakfasts and suppers are an added bonus.
