Spacious and comfortable room - sleeping 3. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of bench space. Microwave and toaster were a pleasant surprise. Each day of our stay clean towels were supplied and the bins were emptied. Great location - easy to find and within walking distance of a great variety of eating places as well as supermarkets.

If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all. Nothing nice about staff or rooms. This wants 200 words but every word would be negative. From the staff on arrival to the filthy carpet, tiles in bathroom had fallen off, cracked and we didn't want to walk on rhe bathroom floor without shoes on. No kitchenette as stated...

We just had a one night stop last night, not fully impressed. On a positive side, our room was spacious, and set back from the main road so it was quiet from traffic noise. However, the room is badly needing "professional" restoration (re-painting, plumbing, etc.), and check-in manager was grumpy to my husband and not really polite. Also, paying $120...

Not a bad property, a bit dated but very clean. We all loved the pool, the owner put the spa on for us and the kids played with their little grandie on his swings and huge trampoline. The aircon worked well, it really was a hot day and we were very glad to stay there. I would stay here again....

I have never been treated with such disrespect by anyone in hospitality like I did at this place. I called and spoke to a very rude woman who took down my credit card details and secured my booking. When I arrived at the establishment a week later I was asked who I was and that they were full. The owner...

My husband and I stayed in The Cottage for 9 nights. It was clean, functional and self-contained. We enjoyed the convenience of 2 bedrooms with a lounge, kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry. It was great for us to have the convenience of being able to cook for ourselves, do our washing and put it out on the private clothes line....

I looked for last minute accommodation in Bacchus Marsh after a long day of flight testing at the aerodrome and feeling too tired to drive 4 hours home to Albury as planned. There did not seem to be much choice in Bacchus Marsh and an online search provided a wide disparity of opinions on the Bacchus Marsh Avenue Motel. I...

We stayed in 'the cottage' for the Labour Day weekend and really enjoyed our family get together. The cottage although old fashioned and outdated was just lovely!!!! The beds were very comfortable, lots of space, everything worked and the best part was the outdoor grassed play area with trampoline, monkey bars, etc. Perfect for primary aged kids!!! The staff were...
