Stayed in the Safari Tent for a family for a week. Safari tent had plenty of space to for family of 4-6 people. The tent location was next to the side road which could be a little noisy at times with cars/trucks in the night/morning. Love the outside bbq and tub each tent had which saved lugging extra equipment along and easy to cook up a meal.

The premise was kept very clean from the swimming pools, children's playground, shared areas to the cabins. Pools were heated which helped for those rainy/colder days. KIDS approved!

Location was good as you could walk/jog/drive to nearby activities.
Staff where friendly and always helpful and would recommend.

*note Anglesea stores and restaurants close early 8pm so plan ahead if eating out.

We loved this Big4 site. We had the 3 bedroom cabin, which was a perfect size for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the playground, jumping pillow and the indoor pool. I loved how the pool had a slide, it was very popular amongst the children, plus my younger children were able to use the toddler pool while my 7 year old went down the slide. The indoor play area was also a hit when the weather was not the best.

The cockatoos were a delight, obviously looking for food!

The cabin was well stocked with plates and utensils. We didn't go to any restaurants, we cooked in the cabin and used the park's BBQ for the sausages.

Only a very short drive to the beach. We would love to come back again in the summertime

Cannot wait to come back again!
This park is great! 2nd time back as a family, and we love the amenities! The indoor pool is huge, and suitable for lots of people to all enjoy! Toilet facilities are great ~ and close to the caravan/camping areas. Park is within walking distance of cafe's & eateries. Caravan / Camping area is compact ~ so you can see the kids from your site without losing them!
Reception staff were lovely, and made a good coffee & hot chocolate in the morning!
If you do have a caravan though, sites are a tight fit, so make sure you are good at reversing, or do not have a large van. We booked the large site, and had plenty of room for our 17 foot van , awning and car.
Next trip already in the plans!

Same as most BIG4 sites, cheap, easy and has pool, park, tv room etc. We only stayed on a site so can’t comment on the cabins, but the toilets and showers were in desperate need of a proper clean. Everyone had left doors open and lights on so there were bugs everywhere. I was bitten to pieces from one shower! Even some signs on every door to say turn the lights off and keep the doors closed would help. But still someone should be cleaning these toilets in the afternoon.

Great holiday park. Good play area for kids and a nice indoor swimming pool. Communal pool area is functional and very clean. There’s also an activity centre with a few table games. Reception has a simple cafe area where you can spend $20 credit given on arrival. There’s also a range of DVDs to borrow.

Only issue is wifi. Advertised as free, but should be advertised as very slow and unreliable.

We spent 2 night in the safari tent as a family of 5, the tent was beautiful & was plenty big enough for all of us! The kids loved the bath tub out side on the deck, I was a bit to shy to get in, but the indoor shower was absolutely amazing. The park was so clean, and all staff we encountered were very friendly. The pool area was a huge hit with the whole family, and the indoor toddler play room was great for our littlest family member. The park is fantastic for families and we would love to return again!

I love the Big4 parks. Particularly when you've got a lot of friends meeting up for an event. Anglesea is well appointed, neat, friendly and comfortable. We had a cabin and it it housed a bunch of us for a weekend sojourn. A pity we were there in the off-season but at least it was a lot quieter. It's very close to the "action" at Anglesea which is really the water. As a sea kayaker, I can say it would be a very convenient venue for a group event just like the bigger parks at Umina and Bateman's Bay but this time we only had a couple of kiddy kayaks to play in the river. The WiFi is pretty bad, though. A couple of repeaters would fix this as the park is not enormous.

We only stayed for 1 night in a powered site. The sites are very tight to get into, in fact you would have to get people opposite you to move cars etc in busy times.
This park is more like a 'resort' and the attention to detail is amazing. It is focused on kids.
The Amenities were fabulous
The only negative is that it is so expensive. $60 for a powered site not in peak holiday/school holiday time 2 weeks out from Winter is extreme. We were going to stay 4 days but at these prices we only stayed one. It was by far the most expensive in 8 weeks of travelling.

An absolutely beautiful park with amazing staff. Jess made us feel welcomed and at home, as she has the many other times we have stayed at the park. The facilities are always in perfect condition and unlike any other parks in the area. We will be staying here for years to come.

Had a lovely long weekend at this pretty holiday park. The facilities were spotlessly clean and clean and well thought out. The pool was relaxing and very nice and again spotlessly clean. The whole park is very well planned out and there is even a giant chess set near to the reception and cafe. Walks to the water are easy and its a good base for touring the great ocean road. The glamping tents have cute life size wild animals outside which the kids loved. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

Its about 600m. Google Maps might be a good place to check out the location if you're unfamiliar with it or you could email the park, they are very helpful.
