Stayed in the Safari Tent for a family for a week. Safari tent had plenty of space to for family of 4-6 people. The tent location was next to the side road which could be a little noisy at times with cars/trucks in the night/morning. Love the outside bbq and tub each tent had which saved lugging extra equipment along and easy to cook up a meal.

The premise was kept very clean from the swimming pools, children's playground, shared areas to the cabins. Pools were heated which helped for those rainy/colder days. KIDS approved!

Location was good as you could walk/jog/drive to nearby activities.
Staff where friendly and always helpful and would recommend.

*note Anglesea stores and restaurants close early 8pm so plan ahead if eating out.

We spent 2 night in the safari tent as a family of 5, the tent was beautiful & was plenty big enough for all of us! The kids loved the bath tub out side on the deck, I was a bit to shy to get in, but the indoor shower was absolutely amazing. The park was so clean, and all staff we encountered were very friendly. The pool area was a huge hit with the whole family, and the indoor toddler play room was great for our littlest family member. The park is fantastic for families and we would love to return again!

Loved our stay at this park, cabin was perfect, pool and play ground was also fantastic. Park is very clean and staff friendly. Cabins are expensive, $290 per night makes it a very costly trip and check out at 10am is very early. Would prefer to check in later to have a later checkout. Overall the park is fantastic

Great holiday park. Good play area for kids and a nice indoor swimming pool. Communal pool area is functional and very clean. There’s also an activity centre with a few table games. Reception has a simple cafe area where you can spend $20 credit given on arrival. There’s also a range of DVDs to borrow.

Only issue is wifi. Advertised as free, but should be advertised as very slow and unreliable.

Same as most BIG4 sites, cheap, easy and has pool, park, tv room etc. We only stayed on a site so can’t comment on the cabins, but the toilets and showers were in desperate need of a proper clean. Everyone had left doors open and lights on so there were bugs everywhere. I was bitten to pieces from one shower! Even some signs on every door to say turn the lights off and keep the doors closed would help. But still someone should be cleaning these toilets in the afternoon.

We only stayed for 1 night in a powered site. The sites are very tight to get into, in fact you would have to get people opposite you to move cars etc in busy times.
This park is more like a 'resort' and the attention to detail is amazing. It is focused on kids.
The Amenities were fabulous
The only negative is that it is so expensive. $60 for a powered site not in peak holiday/school holiday time 2 weeks out from Winter is extreme. We were going to stay 4 days but at these prices we only stayed one. It was by far the most expensive in 8 weeks of travelling.

I love the Big4 parks. Particularly when you've got a lot of friends meeting up for an event. Anglesea is well appointed, neat, friendly and comfortable. We had a cabin and it it housed a bunch of us for a weekend sojourn. A pity we were there in the off-season but at least it was a lot quieter. It's very close to the "action" at Anglesea which is really the water. As a sea kayaker, I can say it would be a very convenient venue for a group event just like the bigger parks at Umina and Bateman's Bay but this time we only had a couple of kiddy kayaks to play in the river. The WiFi is pretty bad, though. A couple of repeaters would fix this as the park is not enormous.

Stayed here with my prep kid over the school holidays while we left dad at work.
Wow ~ the amount of Activities for kids over the holidays were amazing! Circus performer, magician, hoola hoop show! Great way to keep the kids entertained!
Playground is AMAZING!!!!! Wish more parks had a playground like this one!
Pool was deep ~ but massive. Great for the little kids all the way up to the confident swimmers!
Caravan sites are a tad squishy to reverse into ~ so make sure you have your reversing skills on!
We loved our stay and look forward to coming back again.

We stayed for 5 nights in the Bell Tent. It was fabulous and had everything we could need. We loved sitting on our private deck @ night gazing at the stars. The indoor pool was perfect to relax in after walking all day exploring the great ocean road. Lots to do for children also with a jumping pillow, adventure playground, giant chess and room to ride bikes and scooters. I loved the family bathrooms which were constantly being cleaned and sanitised. Coffee onsite each morning was a bonus. Thank you for a great holiday.

I must say that i am a little disappointed. The park and units are great, pool a tad cold though compared to another Big 4 we've stayed at.
When checking in, i was not greeted in a welcoming manor and whenever i went to reception i felt like a bother.
Im really disappointed with the staff and how unfriendly they are.
Although its a lovely family friendly park, i will not come back here because of the staff and how they make you feel unwelcome.
Apart from them, we have had a lovely time away.

Its about 600m. Google Maps might be a good place to check out the location if you're unfamiliar with it or you could email the park, they are very helpful.
