Beautiful resort with great facilities. Lovely indoor heated pool and deck to have some food/drinks in. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it looked stunning inside. What a great little find, we will be returning!

We had a great stay at the resort, room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us. Great time at jumpz and in the pool. Only down fall was the breakfast. There are plenty of coffee shops around to grab a breakfast. Great local from the beach and local markets on the weekend. Staff where friendly and helpful.

Have stayed there several times as the staff helpful and friendly; and the resort is in a good location. Close to shops and eateries. Onsite parking is limited, but there is parking in the srteet at the front.

We were 4 adults and the resort knew this when we booked. The room they gave us looked nothing like the photos. It was small only had 3 chairs around a small table , and the ‘lounge’ area only seated 2 people. After complaining to a rather condescending member of staff we were given two chairs from restaurant. Like others have said the walls are very very thin, could hear everything in the room next door, and the mattress in our room was very hard. Would not go back again or recommend.

A superb getaway again! Superb friendly staff , dinner at ‘The Coast’ was excellent. A great experience at ‘Lux Spa’ very professional and the therapists are wonderful, making your treatment absolutely heaven! The Great Ocean Road Resort was a beautiful clean comfy resort. The facilities were great and would suit families of all sizes. There is a restaurant on site which is great considering a lot of take away places are closed Mondays and Tuesdays

Had a car breakdown & contacted the resort after contacting roadside assistance at 4pm to advise that wouldn’t make it there & asked to not be charged as was going to be out of pocket $2300 for towing & alternator replacement but they charged the whole amount ($160) & then the next day sent an email saying thanks for staying!

The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy. There was a little kitchenette in our room which was handy for light lunches and dinners (no stove, but a microwave, toaster, boiler, Nespresso coffee machine, plates, etc.). The indoor pool was great, with lots of natural light and views on the ferns and palm trees outside. Overall we found our stay very pleasant and peaceful.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in a one bedroom suite, during our recent holiday along The Great Ocean Road. The room was clean and spacious. Location is good within easy walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. Minor issues: 1. The walls are thin and noise from the next unit can be heard whenever the occupants are talking or on one night, when a baby was crying for some time. 2. When we drove in, I parked my car in an empty parking bay next to the parking bays where a few witches hats were placed. A man (in staff uniform) walked towards me and was angry that I parked there. I decided to park my car elsewhere. There was absolutely no need for that man to show me his anger. If he did not want me to park in that bay, he should have placed witches hats in that bay as well. Or he could have asked me to park elsewhere. A bad start to our stay. 3. On the day of check out, I was driving along the one way exit and found a delivery van parked right at the exit, blocking me from driving out. I waited a while to see whether the van would move. After a minute, I walked out from my car and had a look at the driver who was sitting in the van, playing with his phone. I asked him to move his van so that I could drive out. He moved his van to the side street, just outside the exit. We will not return to this Resort again.…
