Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

A friend and I stayed at this park and initially thought it was a little expensive, but were so pleasantly surprised by the facilities and friendly staff. The kitchen with all it’s supplies was convenient, the water pressure in the clean showers very strong and they even put free icy poles in the communal freezer on a hot day. When my friend left her bikini on the clothesline, they hung onto it in the office for us to pick up a few days later.

Stayed at this caravan park on the weekend. Couldn’t get off work early so we didn’t arrive until 8:15pm on a Friday night. The man there had stayed back already for another guest arriving and stayed back another half an hour for us so he could make our check in and set up a whole lot easier. Got told about the general locations in the area and shown down to our camp site. The location is amazing with a brewery, gin tasting, cafes, markets (on certain days) and the beach all within walking distance. When we went to use the facilities, showers, toilets, communal kitchens, bbqs, they were all spotlessly clean. There was no rubbish around the park at all and the owners even sat down with us on Saturday for a beer around the communal fire pit. The park for me was a 10/10 and will be back again.
Oh and if you have a dog, you can bring them too! So many cute puppies happened to be there too. But if not the friendly parrots will swing by and say hello.

Good value for money, friendly staff, well maintained grounds and surrounds
A pretty relaxed Park with all the facilities needed for the different levels of accommodation from Campsites, Caravans, and Cabins. Camp kitchen was well used, they had their own Coffeee van onsite
We really enjoyed our stay, Aireys Pub and shops very close and beach walks easily accessed
A quieter place to stay than Anglesea, or Lorne, but easy access to both.
Cheers
Percy and Pippa Pearson

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this caravan park in November, staying in a 2 bedroom on site cabin. The cabin was clean and provided all amenities and was situated at the front of the property. The park itself is not that big, and has mainly on site cabins, but has some space for camp sites and caravans.

Situated right on the main highway, traffic noise was noticeable. But this reduced greatly at night, with only the odd car going past. It was handy to the Aireys Inlet General Store (virtually opposite), cafes and the Aireys Inlet pub, which is about a 400 metre walk along the road.

Staff were polite and very helpful.

Would recommend staying here.

We stayed 4 night Glamping at Aireys Inlet Big 4. The caravan park is small with caravan and tent sites, cabins and two large Glamping tents in prime location. From the moment you arrive you are in true Glamping style walking up the stairs to the decking where there are chairs and table to relax with a wine, a extra bean bag and a claw foot bath that you can’t wait to try out! When you walk into your tent every detail is on point, split system heating to keep you warm (in our case on chilli nights), comfy queen size bed, kids retreat bed with a drop down cover, ensuite, couch another bean bag, kitchenette, lock away storage for security and smart TV that you can log into your streaming for family movie nights.
The caravan park is quite at night and you can hear the waves roaring in distance as you drift off to sleep after your relaxing outdoor bath (pack your bathers it’s worth it). Then waking to the birds chirping as the sun comes up.
So many delicious places to eat close by ‘The Gin Kitchen’ and ‘Captains pizza’ both highly recommend make sure you book as they both get busy! and take away fish and chips from the Aireys Inlet fish and chips were great to enjoy in the comfort of your Glamping tent.
A visit to the Split Point light house for great views of the coast line and climb to the top.
We can not wait to come back the staff at the Big 4 Aireys Inlet were fantastic and so welcoming and a bonus on-site coffee Van for your slow mornings relaxing.
A great spot to stay for something a little different, a great location on the great ocean Road and a holiday to remember.

Highly recommended. Location is a decent walk from the beach but close to a few appropriate shops and 500 metres from the Aireys pub. Accomodation was not necessarily spacious but absolutely spotlessly clean with crispy sheets.

We appreciated being close to the facilities which were meticulously cleaned several times a day. The staff were approachable and friendly and worked so well as a team. It was lovely sitting under the trees and listening to the birds. We will certainly visit again.

Great Place to stay and the facilities are first class. Easy drive to Lorne Angelsea and Apollo Bay
We stayed in a Delux Cabin which is located near all facilities that were on offer.
Staff were always there to assist and always had a smile on their face.
We will be back again for sure

I loved my recent stay at Aireys Inlet Big4, the facilities were excellent and were always very clean. The pool was cleaned and tested daily, the toilets and kitchen were cleaned multiple times a day, which was really excellent.

The staff were awesome, very friendly and they couldn't do enough for you.

I have 3 kids under 5 and we all absolutely loved our stay over the Christmas and New year break.
