We only had a night at this hotel and were so pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. The rooms have an almost Japanese feel with clean lines and functional but stylish fixtures and fittings. It's obviously quite new and parking was cheap and easy to access. Friendly and helpful staff and directly across the road from Top Ryde shopping centre for cafes and supplies. Nothing whatsoever to dislike. The road is busy and noisy but with double glazing you hear almost nothing from outside. It really is a gem and we will definitely stay again.

I have stayed at Studio 8 multiple times, with some stays up to 3 weeks. Every time the staff have been friendly, helpful but not intrusive. They are accepting of my idiosyncrasies and always remember me. As much as possible, I get the same room. There is a large kitchen, laundry and common areas, plus a full size fridge and microwave in each room. Studio 8 has a shopping centre across the road and is on a major bus route to the city, Parramatta and other parts of Sydney. For me, it's perfect and the morning complimentary coffee is an added bonus.

My Partner and I were attending a concert at Accor stadium for a great location and price we stayed here for two nights. Our room was modern, clean and spacious enough to have a few of our friends come up for a few drinks before the concert. Check in and out was quick and they offer onsite parking for a fee. Top Ryde shopping plaza is directly opposite which is great as it offers some great restaurants. This hotel is adults only and has a great chill/games room down stairs. Will definitely return.

We were having our parquetry floor redone and needed to stay in accommodation that was close to home. We found the accommodation clean and pleasant. The close proximity to the Top Ryde shopping complex made it so easy to enjoy a variety of restaurants and eateries to choose from. I have no hesitation in recommending Studio 8. The cleaning crew are thorough and excellent with their attention to detail.

A pleasant stay, good location and well priced. The rooms have you all you need a more, beds and pillows very comfortable. My single room was a bit noisy from traffic outside so I was moved to a higher floor with the minimum of fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, I liked it, see you next year cheers.

Ideally situated opposite Top Ryde City Shopping Centre with access to a variety of nearby restaurants and of course only 15 min from the city.
I found the reception staff really enjoyed providing a friendly customer service experience and nothing was too much trouble.
The check in process needs some work as having guests park in front of the carpark gates and go searching for reception to allow parking access only to then have to once again go up to reception to finalize the process is ridiculous.

What a wonderful place to stay. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The facilities are really awesome and the location is perfect. I have to give a special mention to Simii at the front desk whose natural warmth, friendliness and helpfulness was the best I have come across. Her level of hospitality rivals that of the five star hotels I have stayed in around the world.

Studio 8 response to a business request for multiple people when other arrangements fell through was amazing and so fast. The apartments are well set out, clean and have everything you need. I stayed for 5 weeks in total for essential services during lockdown and they were amazing. The place is spotless, the staff are friendly, helpful and don't pry and the facilities like the big kitchen and outdoor areas were a godsend for having to stay for so long. I 200% recommend staying here.

Awesome place. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Very much liked the idea with the shared kitchen and outdoor eating on L1. Not to forget lots of outdoor BBQ's and the roof top terrace. :-) Comfy beds. Shopping centre jsut opposite. Bus stop round the corner. 30 mins to CBD. Would definitely stay here, whenever coming to Sydney again.

My wife & I stayed in Studio 8 between 1-10 April 2022. Our previous stays in Sydney have been at serviced apartments or Air BnB. The purpose of our visit was to see family. Check in procedure was swift and professional. Staff were so helpful, polite and informative. Our room was clean and spacious and serviced daily. Car parking was included. Top Ryde shopping centre was a 2 min walk. Overall very happy to return here as it’s good value for money.
