Home away home! Went to this place for 1 month every week. Rooms spotless and clean, conveniently located. Friendly staff, the knew and welcoming on arrival looking after me and my requests. Very nice and highly recommended.

My Partner and I were attending a concert at Accor stadium for a great location and price we stayed here for two nights. Our room was modern, clean and spacious enough to have a few of our friends come up for a few drinks before the concert. Check in and out was quick and they offer onsite parking for a fee. Top Ryde shopping plaza is directly opposite which is great as it offers some great restaurants. This hotel is adults only and has a great chill/games room down stairs. Will definitely return.

Clean and well presented apartment building. Nice and close to shops and other western Sydney services. Staff were most helpful. Dont know if every room has the same bed set up...... The bed was harder than the floor boards. Actually had to look to see if there was a mattress.

This is a re-purposed student accommodation. Pros - Good location and fairly easy to get to by bus, close to ammenities such as the mall where you can buy a travel pass, friendly and super helpful staff, recently renovated so looks very clean new and fresh, the communal kitchen is massive and as is the communal hang our area which has board games and different games consoles and arcade games, rooms have fridges and microwaves, free coffee (it was not very good but free is free!) Cons - early check in was not available, the rooms are quite compact, it was fine for me as a solo traveller but may not be for others. The lobby was clean but the room could have been cleaner- there was hair on the floor from the previous person, and the floor and skirting boards were incredibly dusty. They are clearly understaffed - reception was always very busy with one staff member trying to do many things at once (answering the phone and making bookings from there, dealing with other travellers, making coffee) so there was always a wait which isn't great when you are in a hurry. They also have a strange rule where you must pay extra for any guests to your room. Verdict - I would stay again but improvements to the things mentioned above would truly make it a 5* experience. …

Ideally situated opposite Top Ryde City Shopping Centre with access to a variety of nearby restaurants and of course only 15 min from the city. I found the reception staff really enjoyed providing a friendly customer service experience and nothing was too much trouble. The check in process needs some work as having guests park in front of the carpark gates and go searching for reception to allow parking access only to then have to once again go up to reception to finalize the process is ridiculous.

Great room, clean and well serviced. Staff are first class and ensure every need is met. Undercover and open secure car parking. Location is marvellous. Would we return, yes most definitely as this was our second stay. We look forward to the third.

What a wonderful place to stay. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The facilities are really awesome and the location is perfect. I have to give a special mention to Simii at the front desk whose natural warmth, friendliness and helpfulness was the best I have come across. Her level of hospitality rivals that of the five star hotels I have stayed in around the world.

Fresh and clean room with a comfy bed. Full sized fridge, microwave and other things for either overnight or extended stay. We were there for a wedding and were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier than normal. Front desk staff were wonderful.
