I booked into the motel on the 31st of January 2020 for one night whilst attending the Sydney/Homebush precinct for an event. The motel whilst old on the outside the room had been refurbished over the years to make the room very comfortable. It was a reasonable price and as it was less than 10 minutes drive from the precinct made it a nice close place to stay.

We are a couple staying in Sydney to attend a concert. This was a return visit so obviously satisfied with the Motel. I had booked the accommodation over the phone. Max (the Manager?) has excellent customer service skills and is very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Yes there is traffic noise but what else would you expect in a motel in the city on a busy road?
The Motel is conveniently located for concerts and we would have no hesitation in returning.

My husband & I spent the Easter break here, to visit the Royal Easter Show, Sydney. It was the cheapest motel we could find in close proximity to Olympic Park, due to highly inflated accommodation prices at Olympic Park itself. The motel is a 7 minute walk to Lidcombe train station, which is the last stop before Olympic Park station. There are numerous restaurants within a five minute walk, mostly Korean. We ate at the bistro at Dooleys Catholic Club serving mainly western style food, there are also Chinese & Vietnamese restaurants at Dooleys. Local pubs also serve limited food choices. A minimart located four minutes walk, in main street with restaurants. The motel & general area looks run-down but we felt safe when out at night as there are always a number of people about. Our motel room itself had been renovated to a good standard. It was clean & comfortable, wifi available. Our room was located to the rear of the complex & was very quiet, despite the motel being full. An onsite laundry. We would stay here again for future visits to Olympic Park.

The room has a complete lack of privacy. The curtains don’t meet the wall & the window looks directly into mirrors reflecting the entire room. There were marks on the outside of the window where it appears that someone may have been looking in.
The bathroom window is clear & making you completely visible during you shower. The rooms were dirty & had spiders & cockroaches.
The shower room was tiny & the door can only be opened/closed from the inside if you stand in the shower cubical. There was hair (not mine) on the walls & floor in the bathroom.
I reported this to reception but sorry was the only response. No offer of giving me something to cover the windows or clean the room etc.

booked in at last minute as a ground level room was mandatory and our original booking refused to honor our room requirements. sadly, the step up into the room was huge, far too steep and entering the room i fell and was unable to get up due to injury to my leg and other mobility issues. i managed to slide into the room on my back and we called 000 for assistance. six hours later i was helped to my feet and onto the bed. i stayed in the room the whole weekend as i was fearful of attempting that step again. even the ambos said it was far too tall. the room was clean and comfortable although it was not serviced. won't stay here again unless they fix their entries.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. We had 2 rooms booked and were staying for two nights. One room was downstairs and one room was upstairs. All rooms are located outside. The downstairs room stunk of cigerette smoke, the shower had a huge hole in it and no shower screen and didn't look like it had been cleaned. Upstairs was newley referbished but had no carpet and their was a bit in the floor you could trip on. Being pregnant and having the room downstairs we decided to check out on the first night. First a refund was offered for the second night then changed his mind offering us another room. Although all rooms downstiars were the same and I couldn't walk the stairs. So we left with nothing. Ended up staying at the Grace Hotel in the city.

We pre booked and paid for this motel to stay one night 3 adults 1 baby, we asked for a cot --never got one. The room was filthy to the extent of food on the floor, dirty tea towel behind the desk with exposed wires. The shower over flowed onto the floor, to mix and mingle with more dirt. The glass cup to put your toothbrush in was so caked up with gunge you couldnt see through it.The pillowcase had a dirty footprint on it.If there ever was a place too get bed bugs this could have been it.The office person couldnt care or didnt seem to understand. In all the place should be reviewed and brought up to health standards.

Arrived at the motel reception to find the owner on the phone discussing personal business. We waited patiently for 20 mins and when he finally got off the phone there was no apology or acknowledgment of our wait. If we hadn't been very tired from traveling we would have walked out. Later when we went to reception to ask for a taxi booking he was extremely unhelpful and intimidating to another guest who was there with two young children and her mum.

This visit was very sad due to the dirty condition of the bathroom quite unlike the last 2 occasions that we stayed here. To pay over $200 was very inequitable and it seems that little attempt has been made to refurbish the motel.

The worst place we have ever stayed. Tiny room with miniscule bathroom. Rowdy, drunk visitors sat on balconies most night. Worst of all was the bedding. Got covered in bites from bed bugs or fleas?? Never, ever, ever!
