Rotten & Rude staff, and noisy most of all. Don’t go if you are expecting any kind of fridge in your room . When we complained the next day, we were told ‘ if you wanted a fridge you should have asked for one’. Not a single hook in the narrow bathroom to hang anything on, and no kind of shelf to set your toiletry bag on. Room walls are thin as cardboard we could hear the conversations next to our in a room we couldn’t locate but wasn’t next to ours. The staff are not willing to listen when you do give feedback. Oh and by the way, there is no chandelier like the one they falsely pictured in the website.

Due to a flight cancelation, i booked this accommodation last minute. The pictures looked nice and the price was very reasonable and boasted free parking, free wifi and was only about 6kms from sydney airport.
Firstly, the reception is located through a very unwelcoming tiny front door. The staff were quite friendly and is the only reason along with the location for a 2 star rating.
We then had to locate our room. We walked through a pretty looking area before having to dodge a leaking, dripping roof and had to step over a large dirty puddle to get to our door.
We opened the door to find a tiny table with a kettle, 1 cup despite having 2 people and a large shower and toilet (filthy). The bathroom also had a terrible smell.
A double bed and single bed were located up the absolutely filthy stairs, the scene was set for a room that looked like it hadn't had a vacuum, or a dust in years!! Double bed had 1 towel on it that we had to share.
If it wasn't for the clean fresh looking bed sheets we would have left at that point, however we were exhausted so we tried to get our heads down.
It was quiet (minus the very noisy air con unit) so that was a bonus.
The free parking, is located down the next street, and unless you know where it is, it is difficult to find.
It is worth noting that upon checking out the following morning, some of the room doors were open for cleaning and there were a few of those rooms that looked, fresh, clean and tidy.
Even the clean looking rooms, would not be enough to entice me back.
I guess it's partly my fault for choosing price over quality. Never again.

Felt like we were going in to a half way house.
With suitcases had to traverse two flights of stairs (threadbare) and the overall feel of the place was ordinary.
Tiny rooms and bathrooms.
On the positive side, freshly painted, nice decor and everything worked except, the noise the Air conditioner made was really loud
They do supply earplugs (needed) and coffee, tea, fridge and everything very clean and tidy within the room.

Won’t be back mainly due to the photos really misrepresenting the quality

I booked a REFUNDABLE room for 2 nights at 9am due to Sydney flooding that week end I cancelled at 5pm the same day. The Comfort in Sydney airport sent me an Email stating a NON REFUNDABLE and kept my money Consumer affairs has been no help and this complaint is going to the tribunal. I would not trust this company with your money

Don’t stay here. Photos bear little resemblance to the actual condition of the hotel. The first room they put me in had not been made up (dirty coffee cups, unmade bed, etc). The second room had at least been made up but the toilet didn’t flush and there was a general damp smell everywhere. It’s fine if you want to operate a crappy budget hotel - there’s a market for that - but don’t put up photos that imply you’re a step up from that. It’s false advertising and should be reported to the ACCC. Also, there is no real parking per se. If you’re lucky, there’s some street parking down the road.

The one star is for the breakfast which was fine. Though again, hotel advertised it as a bacon and egg roll with choice of OJ or coffee, but any drinks are actually extra. Again, that’s fine if you want to charge extra - but you need to put that clearly on your website so people know what they are actually paying for.

We had booked a family room for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids. We arrived at around 10.30pm and as we drove up the place looked awful and neglected, and on the corner of a main highway. There is no parking at all, and so we parked around the corner and told the kids to wait in the car as we checked it out as it looked so dodgy.
We found a dodgy looking entry door and there was someone waiting in the reception area who gave us a key. The stairs up to the room were neglected and worn, but we hoped the room would be ok. It wasn't. The room faced straight out onto the main highway, with only thin windows so the noise from trucks etc was crazy. The windows had shower curtains on them which did not ever close. There was a sign on the wall stating that due to the noise of the highway, if you want any sleep then you need to wear earplugs!! None were provided, but even if they were, seriously, what the.....
The bathroom had not been cleaned and contained the last unfortunate guests urine...... nice!!
We immediately decided we were not staying and went down to reception, however they had left. We called the number but no response.
We returned our key into the key box with a note explaining that we had left and the reasons why, and asked that they call us back. They never called.
I messaged them through booking.com and asked that they contact me. They did not. Instead, they cancelled my fully paid for booking on booking.com and claimed that we had not turned up. This was clearly done to prevent us being able to write a review on that site.
We stayed at the Stamford Plaza (a lovely hotel) for the same price as this dump. What a disgusting place and disgraceful management in how it treats its guests. I can't imagine they have a single returning guest as nobody would ever waste their money on this hole on the earth a second time.
If i could give it a rating lower than zero, I would.

Pro... the male front desk receptionist....
Cons . Where to begin, first room we were given had used tissues on bedside table, a sign that said earplugs would be provided and there weren't any.
I complained and asked for another room, which I was given. It was slightly better but no netflix, just standard TV channels. Bathroom vents were so dusty it was falling out in clumps on the floor.
One pillow on the bed made for a fun nights sleep and a extremely sore neck and back next morning.
Room smelt really bad.
Walk from on-street parking to motel quite scary for my wife and I to walk to at night.
Rooms and whole motel nothing like the pictures on the site, very misleading.
You can see what they are trying to do with the rooms to make them more modern, but their cleaning staff are completely letting them down, even the so called freshly made beds looked like the sheets had been just pulled up from the previous guests.
For the price, I would not stay here again

while the room was quite small for more than a couple, it was very clean wth all required amenities. The available meals are well cooked, nicely presented, tasty and of good value. It is situated reasonably close to the airport and has a shuttle service available.

Absolutely digusting hotel. Filthy. Air conditioner didn't work. When panels/blades eventually opened black dust and dirt in clumps fell onto my bed. Big hole in the carpet as you open the door of the room, approx 10 inches in diameter. No toilet roll holder. No soap holder in the shower. Fridge was approx 18 inches high and nothing in it. Only sachets of coffee/tea/sugar and small containers of milk for 'refreshments'. Had to use a pedestal fan at the end of my bed to keep cool as 30 degrees when I was there. Lots of noise from other occupants outside my room. Mould in the shower. Shower door broken. Sign inside door of room saying "Use our complimentary earplugs for a more peaceful night's sleep" however no ear plugs!!! Loads of noise at night by other occupants talking, kids screaming, doors banging. Reception area very tiny. No rail at entrance door to support myself when getting up the giant step to get inside the hotel. Dust and dirt and screws on the floor behind the door of the room. Musky/dirty smell. All in all it was a disgusting room for $160 per night plus the extra $45 I had to pay to change my dates due to sickness last October. I have requested a refund of my money from management/ owners however no response. I will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs later this week. I wouldn't put a dog in those rooms let alone a human being. Very poor cleaning standards by their cleaners. Never again! Only good thing about the room was that the bed was comfortable. Nothing else good about it.

First the pro: Receptionist was pleasant and only 5km to airport.
Then the cons: No parking whatsoever, the closest parking we found was 100m from the hotel in a darkly lit street which looked dodgy as ,so much so my husband who never complains was heard to remark I wonder if our car will be here in the morning. Reception is a little sealed box and your room keys are handed out through a little slot. On entering the room the carpet once beige was heavily stained and the stairwell carpet was coming away from the stair itself and presented a great trip Hazzard. The bathroom had NO toilet paper not a single square ! The walls and surfaces were dirty and the whole place looked like it should be condemned. Had it not been late at night with an early flight to the next day we would have gone somewhere else. Please do not stay here there are better alternatives for your money. The photos look nothing like what you get. I normally never book accommodation without first looking at Trip Advisor and this confirms why.

Brodlo asked a question Apr 2016
Is there a Shuttle from airport ?
Answer from onetoonehundred
Las Vegas, Nevada174 contributions45 helpful votes
Shuttle only picks up from domestic. However service from hotel drops at both international and domestic. This is from hotel website "The cost of the shuttle is $8.00 per person each way. The domestic pickup is located between terminal 2 and 3 at the bend in the road, look for the big black and green “REDY2GO” vans, pay the hotel at check-in" Taxi is good option from international terminal especially if more than one travelling.

Ensuites as far as I know from my experience, are an added feature but are barely bigger than a telephone booth and seem to be an afterthought rather than a planned build.
