I just got back from 12 days of staying at Villa Corona del Mar. I am so rested, so refreshed! The Villa itself is a feast for the eyes. I love the beauty of the architecture, the masculine well-built furniture, the unique tile-work throughout the villa, the fun art-work, the dolphin's water fountain with adjoining garden, the well manicured plants,...

We thank you for your warm review..we try to add a little bit to the Villa each year..while the breakfast varies season to season..we try and make sure that all foods are as fresh and sanitary as possible..the Villa is a great place to relax in comparison to some of the properties located in downtown Guayabitos where there is a...

My husband and I have just returned from a week in Guayabitos and recommend Villa Corona del Mar highly. The Villa itself is lovely and comfortable, and the ocean-view rooms (we stayed in El Toro) offer "million-dollar" views of the Jaltemba Bay for considerably fewer pesos! This is the kind of place where one enjoys getting to know owners and...

Thank you for your comments regarding the Villa and the unique restaurants and spots around Rincon de Guayabitos. We pride ourselves..and running a place that slightly different than the rest of the bungalow and hotel operations in Guayabitos..we have found, through the years..and based on many, repeat guests it seems to work..we're not a cookie hotel chain...it has been, as...

Villa Corona, located on the north side of the beach - and away from the crowded downtown beach, is a wonderful B&B. THe hotel itself was build in the '70 and if you're into this unique mexican arquitectural style, this is a great example. While old, the place is kept impeccably clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful....

I stay at the villa every year for two weeks. After my first visit there I knew I had found my home away from home. The combination of location, excellent breakfast, cleanliness, awesome staff, beautiful grounds, ocean views and small boutique feel keeps me coming back! A stay at the Villa is a delight and wonderfully relaxing. The facilities, breakfasts, staff, etc., are all excellent. The rooms at the front have a wonderful view of the bay and overlook the beautiful, long, uncrowded, sandy beach. There are lots of good restaurants in Guayabitos and La Penta, and if you don't feel like walking to get there,...
