This place is a little like the town of Rincon de Guayabitos itself- quiet, safe, and a little dusty :) We enjoyed our stay here but it maybe a shock to someone who is used to new and shiny. Location is great. It is tucked away in a more residential neighbourhood but a short walk gets you to the beach...

Stayed at Las Casitas for two weeks over Christmas! Juan-Luis and Albia are the proprietors and you couldn't ask for more respectful, unobtrusive landlords. If you want quiet, safe, delightful Mexican accomodations...this is for you! Keep in mind the place is dated but we loved it! The entire compound consists of 6 casitas....from studio to multi bedrooms..towel change and cleaning is...

Las Casitas is a small group of unique casitas in a great location. The owners Juan and Elvia are the nicest people you could hope to meet. We stayed in the studio and found it very comfy. The bed is hard but we loved it. We were five minutes from the beach with awesome restaurants in one direction and five...

Hello: Thank you very much for your nice comments!!! We hope to see you soon again. Certainly, the studio is really nice but as you said, for long term rentals we highly recommend the superior studio or even the regular loft (casita familiar). Regards!!!

What a lucky find: These bungalows are safe, clean and about 10 minutes from the beach. We were here a month, room was cleaned daily and the kitchen was more than adequate. There was plenty of hot water and good pressure for your shower. Each unit overlooks the well maintained grassy area and the sparkling clean pool. There is a...

Las Casitas is a well-managed property comprising half a dozen compact housing units around a lawn and small pool. The compound is secure and well-maintained. The location is a short walk from the centre of Guayabitos but down a lonely and poorly lit road next to the police station and just off Hwy 200. We stayed in the smallest unit...

Hi. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. Certainly, our little houses have a peculiar design which is our main innovation and it is hard to find elsewhere. Regarding the firm bed, we have a kind of solution which is a little extra foam mattress which make the bed quite softer. If I had knew...
