having stayed at a Premier once before I was a tad dubious about this booking but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were always available & friendly and reception/check out was smooth and efficient. My room was along a LONG corridor but quiet, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is pleasant and the connected restaurant ok. Evening meal on the...

Smelly room, smelly bedding. A damp humid room. If you get room 20, you will not get a nights sleep if you have a heard of elephants upstairs like we did. The breakfast in the pub next door was poor this time. Cold. We have stayed many times before and it was okay. Not this time.

Hi Elin Thank you for sharing your review of Bridgend (M4, J35), Premier Inn. It's concerning to read that you found odours within your room on the bedding and the that the room felt damp and humid. This is far below our usual standards and we'll be sure to pass on your comments to the housekeeping staff so we can...

Pleasant staff. Great location. Corridors a bit grubby looking and smelly, but room was clean and spacious. Room temperature was cold with only a tiny heater so had to get under the duvet to keep warm. Corridors were creaky and the door was rattley and you could hear everything, despite the majority of passers by being quiet . I try to...

We arrived VERY late/ or early and the checking although slowish was smooth and friendly. We were only in the rooms a few hours but the beds were just fab. Breakfast was not great, everything g was just not hot enough, from the scrambled eggs to the coffee but we were in a hurry so had to make do.

Good location, comfy beds, very friendly hotel staff. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet considering next to the M4. However the breakfast at the pub next door was awful. We were seated quickly & cooked breakfast order taken promptly, but the layout for breakfast food was chaotic with no cups for coffee & tea, no pastries left and nothing replenished...

Lovely staff, so friendly and professional. Food delicious. Located in a convenient place to get to the Motorpoint arena. If my daughter's cheer team decide to enter the Cardiff venue comp again next year we will definitely choose this hotel to stay at again. No complaints only praise.

Stayed here overnight after a going to a wedding nearby. Had dinner at the attached restaurant which was delicious and great value and then breakfast the following morning was the same. Excellent value all round and the room and bed were great, clean and comfortable.

I would say this is good value for money, however, I had issues with the pillows not being very comfortable, and not much tea/coffee facilities in the room. Having said that, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay here agin.

Nothing major to report, service very good, staff very good would stop again. could do with a van parking area, can be an issue on occasions. Breakfast very good, dinner better to book in advance, saves waiting.
