This is our 2nd Christmas lunch here and last year's was amazing!!! However, we were a little disappointed this year. It lacked the finesse of last year, the veg appeared thrown in dishes etc and it all felt a bit rushed towards the end of the meal....family members had arrived and it was obvious that the staff were eager for...

went for Sunday Lunch. The food from the carvery was very good and the staff very pleasant...the pub is in desperate need of decorating / doing up. The toilet was filthy, obviously no one had cleaned it for ages. Lots of people complaining about the state of it. Shame really, because the food and staff are so good.

Very disappointed with the evening , to such a degree we left at 9.30! No questions asked by management as we left! Dissatisfied with the lack of ambiance and effort of decorations. Cremated steak, food not good value. LIttle effort to create a New Year atmosphere. Room cold. Like a bad wedding! Not worth the money paid. Hardly any wine...

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. I'm sure we will visit again. We were down for a party and as they have a night porter it didn't matter what time we rolled in. Very, very helpful and homely hotel

We came for a sad time but the helpfulness of the staff and owners was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was great start to the day which was included in the price and the evening meals of your own choice were very reasonably priced . Thank you Three Saints we will be looking forward to another visit.

I have just come back from a wedding that was held at three saints last night. I had arrived at the hotel on Friday and everything was outstanding. The rooms were really clean and staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was fantastic on both days I have to be honest. Diane who cleans the rooms was absolutely amazing and couldn't...

Stayed here as a friend was getting married Saturday just gone. Wasn't really expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised how clean my room was. The bathroom could really do with updating, and the carpet was cut into two parts.. The wedding venue upstairs was wonderful, decorated brilliantly and the staff really friendly. The breakfast the next morning is to a...

When driving into the hotel car park I was quite impressed with the appearance. However, when I walked in I walked to the desk and was interrupted by a woman dashing out of the office and questioning me on my age, asking me to see my ID with no apologies or explanation. I got my ID out to show her...

Shabby and dated. Loud thumping music as there was a function on but it did end before 11.30. Cheap nasty coffee which was the worst thing after a bad nights sleep. We only stopped overnight and we're glad to leave early.
