My wife and I stayed in the mini lodge for 5 days during the schools’ February half term break and had a wonderful, relaxing, refreshing and peaceful time. Considering its categorization, the lodge was quite spacious, whilst maintaining a charm, intimacy and general coziness/ hygge. The view, from the gallery window, was exquisite and we were able to sit inside,...

We've stayed here twice before and couldn't wait to get back. The Hollies lodge is just the perfect little hideaway for a romantic few days and we love it. Even the wind and the rain couldn't put a downer on the weekend - we will be back again!

Just got home from a couple of days break here. We stayed in 'the hollies' a beautiful cabin over looking a lake, a canal and landscaped gardens. Cannot describe how awesome it was sitting in the hot tub at night watching the stars slowly drift by. The cabin itself was lovely big comfortable four poster bed, the shower is awesome...

2 night stay for my husband and myself for my birthday. Lovely surrounding. Very relaxing. Lodge appeared more updated than last stay. Could have been dusted better. Top of doorways dusty and behind the kettle the tiles were splashed. When sitting at the table the sunlight would show up where the tiles hadn't been cleaned which is very off putting....

Stayed here a week ago and had an amazingly relaxing time. Stayed in one of the lodges with a hot tub which got a lot of use. The views from all over the site are stunning. Lots of walking opportunities near by and a few good local castles.

I don't know where to begin to describe the beauty of this place. I recently visited for a long weekend with my partner, we stayed at the Hawthorn VIP. The lodge was the very end plot which made it private and quiet. The Hot Tub was boiling and bubbling away for when we arrived and the lodge itself was toasty...
