We stayed here over Xmas as we could not be bothered with all the fuss. It was really quiet, which suited us. The obvious thing in Laugharne is all of the Dylan Thomas influence which is everywhere and was interesting. Thee are some lovely walks around and the beaches of West Wales are not to far to drive to. Pendine...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us at Laugharne. Ferry Hill offers some lovely views of the Taf estuary but the gradient means it's defintely good advice to mention any mobility issues when booking. Laugharne seems to be a very good fit for you with your interest in the beautiful surrounding area so we look...

Where to start indeed! Receiving such a gracious and comprehensive review makes all of the hard work worthwhile. It is great to hear that Laugharne Estate has contributed to a lovely family memory as that is exactly the philosophy we are striving to imbed here. Major developments are underway on the resort regarding facilities, but we will always recognize that...

was the second time we visited very clean estate, lovely walks. the only problem is that the accomodation needs refurbishing and updating. if you need to go out you must have a car as it is too much to walk in to the village for the local pubs etc.,

The views are awesome and the staff very helpfull and friendly. Laugharne is a hidden gem of a place with amazing history and features. Plus some great restaurants and entertainment at certain times. The park is being updated and will be even better once the works are completed.

It is the view that will bring me back to this beautiful part of Wales. Very friendly village, lovely peaceful walks and super fish and chips. I didn't want to go home and haven't felt like that for a number of years. I am definitely going back.

We stayed there twice in August as we loved it so much in first place. First time we stayed in very specious 2 bed Gold bungalow, with amazing views, kitchen well equipped, clean, 2 bathrooms and nice lounge with big dining table and leather sofas. Tennis court next door and the hole place felt very private. Bronze one it wasn't...

On a timeshare exchange from a Gold Crown resort so we were very disappointed with the accommodation. It is no longer a "resort" but merely a collection of lodges/chalets situated in a great location. The access to our lodge was so steep that anyone with physical problems would be unable to cope. We had to park at the top of...

We had a lovely family holiday. Our lodge had the most breathtaking views of the estuary. It was a silver lodge and was no.50. Parking was at the top of a hill though but it was worth the climb! Pros - quiet, fabulous location, helpful reception staff, good sized accommodation, very good kitchen with everything you need, good shower, two...
