All staff gave us first class professional attention. Special thanks to Luke for looking after us so well on arrival and making sure everything was suitable for us. We would like a Luke with us wherever we stay.. An excellent weekend with plenty of unique artwork to discuss in this modern very comfortable hotel. Food also delicious.

Superb service and quality. Staff excellent and great consistency throughout, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Cuisine faultless and the artwork is excellent. Staff training is clearly of a high standard. Our favourite hotel.

Great entrance into the hotel. There was no reception which was unusual but the receptionist personally took us to our rooms and explained everything. Our room was excellent. There were wooden shutters to all the windows and the decor was perfect. The hotel was like an art studio and there was an extremely relaxed atmosphere throughout. The staff seem to...

Thank you for your special mentions to our Head Chef Simon Coe and Ieuan Anthony, our Food and Beverage Supervisor. They were delighted to receive your kind words. Thank you also for highlighting that a luxury boutique hotels with so few rooms such as Twr y Felin Hotel, Penrhiw and Roch Castle do not offer reception desks. This is because...

Second time we've stayed at Twr-y-Felin. An unusual 'art hotel'. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. Penthouse suite beautifully done out and the views from the tower would have been fantastic if the sea mist had cleared!

Hotel service very good, staff service very good, the room very clean and comfortable as you'd expect for £160 per night but the restaurant although the food was good the portions were very small. The menu reads rack of Welsh lamb with shepherds pie and some veg as the menu but on arrival it was a very small chop with...

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you so much for highlighting that as the only 2 Rosette Restaurant in North Pembrokeshire, Blas offers features portion sizes to offer our guests a true culinary experience, enabling them to enjoy all three courses. The complimentary amuse bouche is an added appetiser, and our guests with a...

This boutique hotel has been recently refurbished in a very modern style. Not all of the (Pop) art was to our taste, and our rooms were darker than optimum (in our opinion) thanks to a grey theme throughout. Nevertheless the whole hotel has a very sumptuous feel and a lot of effort has been put into creating an arthouse feel....

Thank you so much for offering such a helpful review. I am so sincerely sorry that our reception service was not to our usual standards during your stay. From booking to checking out, this was the perfect two night break. Myself and my partner were warmly greeted immediately on our arrival and we're shown around the hotel before being taken to our amazing room. Everything you could possibly need was there, from the fluffiest white towels and robes to a coffee machine, to surround sound. Our room had...

Not sure where to begin this review. Booked a night at literally 10 minutes notice and the moment I spoke to Josie knew this would be good: Location - outstanding being minutes from town but totally private. Short walk/drive to Caerfai beach. Large private car park and lovely grounds Service - again outstanding in all respects The room - the...

We are so pleased that you found us. Thank you for highlighting the facilities that are available in all of our rooms. We visited St Davids, phoned Tŵr y Felin on the spur of the moment to see if they had a room and were delighted to be offered Room 110, Aberbach, in the Oriel wing.
