Very old inn with a feeling of living off its reputation and history . Liver and onions in gravy was mostly gravy . Nice open fire and friendly staff but unimaginative menu . Decent pints of 2 local ales .
Amazing and unspoilt historic atmosphere. Friendly welcome, roaring fire, delicious steak and chips. Tasty Shiraz. Will definitely be returning when we're next in the area. Had our anniversary dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed, thank you 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
