Old fashioned, creaking stairs and floorboards lead to en-suite rooms on three floors. T.wo busy 'locals' bar, restaurant with short interesting menu, expertly served overlooking Menai Straits. Excellent breakfast. Family owned with friendly staff. Best rooms are higher floors overlooking the Straits. No lift unfortunately.

Visiting with our American nieces and for husbands birthday. Excellent bedrooms with tea & coffee making facilities, TV, en-suite and hairdryers etc.... amazing views of the Menai Straights. Helpful staff ..nothing too much trouble...must say that the full Welsh breakfast was fantastic and a great start to the day

we spent a couple of nights and loved it good service and nice staff and to top it off we enjoyed our food. The view from the top floor is amazing and the rooms clean and tidy. You get a bonus workout walking up all the stairs

Brilliant hotel, everything within minutes by walking and absolutely fantastic staff and they allow dogs to stay, what's not to like! Plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants around, great walks along the Menai Straits.

Travelled from 32 degrees in Cyprus, to the rain in Anglesey. Attended a reunion with some friends I had not seen for over 20 years. Stayed at the Hotel for two nights. Good staff, good food, good drink. What more could you ask for.

My son and daughter in law held their wedding reception/evening do here at the Victoria, what can I say their reception room was beautifully set out, the food was fantastic and we used the gardens fantastically to entertain the children. Myself and my husband were put into a beautiful room on the second floor which had access to a small...
