This place is amazing and the staff are great. We had a wonderful afternoon tea here in a relaxing atmosphere. View is also amazing I would recommend highly. We were looked after well and they accommodated us and our baby.

A beautiful place to stay, AmaZing Venues do not disappoint. We spent ages exploring the hotel, every corner revealing another staircase or hidden room to sit and read in. The main sitting rooms have the most fantastic views of Snowdonia and each room had its own identity with fascinating furnishings. There were 2 balconies, one open and one enclosed and...

Having booked a superior suite for two nights based on the pictures and description on the hotel web site was appalled by the tatty attic space we were given! The web site shows a free standing bath set in a window space, smart and well designed decoration and quality furniture .... We were given a tired room with no bath,...

Excellent staff, helpful and considerate. Jaquie on reception gave us a room upgrade to a suite in the new lodge which had wonderful views of the Menai Straits. We had to leave a day early due to a family illness but will visit again soon.

First visit. Took advantage of their half price afternoon tea offer. The afternoon tea was lovely, nice sandwiches and cakes. Tea replenished. Pleasant staff. We had a lovely view if the Menai Straits and the hotel grounds as the room we were in was high up. We enjoyed the afternoon tea. My negatives are as follows: the top car park...

We stayed at Chateau Rhianfa for a birthday treat on a Sunday night January 2017. When I booked the hotel I requested a room in the main hotel and not in an annex as it was my partners birthday present. The reception were very helpful on booking and told me which room had been allocated to us. We booked dinner,...

Visited for my husbands 70th birthday, the Chateau was beautiful - the grounds are tiered and overlook the water and the hills of Snowdonia in the distance, gorgeous. The lounges and restaurant all have this view, with the option of winter ( glass enclosed ) and summer ( open ) balconies The food was excellent, from the superb welsh breakfast...
