The Fairytale Castle with its amazing location and breathtaking views is made perfect by their Fabulous Staff. They made our dreams come true! Thank you so much to you all with a special thanks to Gemma who ensured we had everything we wished...

We had a Red Letter Day voucher as a gift so booked in for a meal. It was all superb, from the stunning location, to the quality food and service. Great location for a wedding or a significant party. Just go there and see!

Over all was good. The hotel looks a little old. Can be a little more clean. Try to be in the rooms in the main building. The rooms outside are just like staying in any other normal hotel. Plus it's a bit of a walk from the main building.

We spent two nights here in December to attend a wedding so this review is mainly for the Chateau as a wedding venue but obviously would apply to a weekend stay generally. First off, the location is just stunning, we were lucky with the weather and we could easily have been in the south of France with the superb gardens...

We had a party of four, with three rooms (one disabled wheelchair user. The rooms were beautiful. The decor first class. Food was abundant and delicious and the service was exceptional. The wheelchair accessible room that we had booked was in the grounds of the hotel which unfortunately meant the wheelchair user had to use a busy road to get...

A wonderful experience in a magical, turreted fairytale palace in an outstanding location. I loved the chateau architecture with its luxurious furnishings and antique filled public rooms; the incredible 3D ceiling tiles and small tucked away small room surprises, so tastefully furnished. A quirky original lift gave easy access to all floors with a choice of exits to the stunning...

We attended a family wedding in late December. The staff on arrival and throughout were excellent. Our room was not ready so they managed to source us an alternative. This was room 10 which has an amazing shower. Well 3 showers actually, situated in one of the turrets. The room is under the bat so you can hear people walking...

Good afternoon Sirs, I am sorry that you felt our customer services where not to your standards. I would like to quote the customers review directly before and after your review, posted the same day. I cannot thank staff...

It looks fantastic in photographs but when you see it in the 'flesh' this place is even better. Truly a setting for a fairytale wedding with scenery and grounds to die for. Plenty of photo opportunities. I, obviously. am writing from a 'wedding venue' prospective although I did actually stay here for 2 nights also which I will come back...
