There was a bit of confusion with our room, between booking.com and the hotel, but we were upgraded to a balcony room overlooking the harbour, with a reduction in price. They couldn't be fairer than that. The dinner was excellent. I can recommend the lobster, prawn and seafood gratin. Mmmm. The breakfast was also good. Also, Cemaes Bay is a...

This is a brilliant place to stay if you have a furry friend (s) with you. Practically no restrictions on where they can go throughout the hotel, with the exception of one small part of the dining area. Just opposite the hotel is an excellent wooded valley with river and walkways, perfect for exercising the dogs. Hotel rooms are ok,...

This hotel was in a good location, just a stone throw away from the beach, harbour, and town centre. The accomodation was Very Basic and in our opinion needed updating the room and shower room, the bed was ok, hardly any pressure with the hot water, no view whatsoever from the window. One good thing was the breakfast full English...

Stayed 5nights in September very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing and there was plenty of choice. We had the steak on the Saturday night which was cooked to perfection. Thank you chef. We stayed in room 3 which was clean and comfortable with a balcony sea view. The hotel is very dog friendly which made our stay even...

The staff were lovely. The food was really good but the hotel requires up dating. Poor standard of decor & carpets and the floors were so creaky leading to disturbed nights sleep as we heard every movement. Real shame as it could & should be a great place.

Pleasantly surprised at the welcome received. Attentive staff with good quality food at reasonable prices. Fresh lobster locally sourced and very tasty. Food served 12 - 3 then from 6 till 9 every day. Accommodation available but not seen.

A mix up with a booking via booking .com. The hotel had been told too late for us even though we booked two months before. We were given a cheaper room at the back of the hotel with no view. Everywhere was dirty and tatty. The restaurant seemed OK but we could not have a table with the sea view...

On arrival was advised that due to a mix up, we had been allocated a different room to that booked but would be given a discount. We were allocated room 8 which I would not recommend to anyone, despite the discount! The room was really hot & smelt terribly as it was located by the kitchen vents. We had to...
