We were seeking a relaxing seaside retreat with good food and great views, and we weren't disappointed. Our room (room 3) had a wonderful 180 degree view of the ever-changing seascape, where we whiled away happy afternoon and sunset hours reading and relaxing in the comfortable chairs. A wholesome and plentiful dinner was served in the conservatory and breakfast was...

Had an evening meal here in a lovely conservatory overlooking the sea. Nice service and food. We had a large lasagne which was enough for two. It was piping hot and the chips were hand made not frozen. Would return no problem

We found the hotel easily, checked in without fuss, were welcomed and shown to our room. The room had a great view, was comfortable and was well equipped We enjoyed a walk along the coast followed by a drink in the gardens making friends with the local cats. The menu for the evening meal was varied and we both enjoyed...

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night 14th My 2017 in the King-Executive-Superior room and at £110 a night for the room it is outstanding value for money as this is a large room with fantastic views across the sea. We received a warm welcome as we entered the hotel and as we had to leave early the...

The food was ok, nothing exciting, although the portions were large. The two young girls serving, seemingly at the bar and serving the food as...

When i arrived we were upgraded to a room, and the front and I have to say had stunning views across the bay. the room was clean, and spacious, as was the bathroom. Downstairs is a bar and resturant. We ate their the first night,...

However, I did speak to the "Grumpiest Landlord". I was hoping for a Welsh Basil Fawlty but he was polite and helpful. I am partialy disabled. There are few, if any, facilities for the disabled but to be fair I forgot to ask. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very cramped though. I'm a big chap but...

Recommended (and dropped off) by local campsite owner, looking for one course of beef and yorkshires, got exactly that, although options for starter and dessert. Tender beef, lots of it. Roasties, cauliflower cheese, mash, veg and great gravy. Had to finish wife's portion. Stuffed. No room for pud anyway. Great value and a tasty pint too.
