Ate there 3 nights while staying in Portmeirion Village. Great big log fire place with big comfy leather sofas for pre dinner drinks while looking at the menu. Rib eye steak for £20. Magnificent room, very friendly staff, could not do enough for, discreet. Excellent meals, generous helpings, and relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance to Portmeirion village, very picturesque and interesting, free administration if you are hotel guests.

Stayed for a two day birthday treat,very nice hotel,excellent room,restaurant,ground, and the village of porthmierion is wonderful,well worth a visit.the staff very friendly and rooms very clean and smart.had a trip on local railway too

What a wonderful magical place to stay. We have stayed in the hotel before on two occasions which is very nice, but this time we stayed in the castle and found the rooms much more comfortable very spacious ,all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We visited Castell Deudraeth for lunch but did not stay at the hotel. The set menu price is excellent and the food is great, lunch includes free entry to Portmeirion Village which is a great offer. We enjoyed our visit very much, setting and hotel lovely.
