I stayed here over the Easter 2017 weekend and was pitched in a bookable EHU front bay. Our pitch was right at the front of the site near the lake with uninterrupted views of the lake down to Nant Gwynant. The sites facilities are good - pretty basic but more than adequate. Only 7 showers but only a very small...

This is a great campsite and perfect location for a trip up Snowdon. It's a beautiful spot, gorgeous views of the mountains and the lake. The facilities are good...hot showers and plenty of toilets. The staff were really helpful and gave us advice about where to park for Snowdon and guidance on a local walk. The pizza and breakfast tents...

Stayed for the Easter bank holiday weekend, campsite was in stunning surroundings and perfect base to climb snowdon. Positives - Staff were very friendly, great pizza shack, stunning scenery, great fun canoeing on lake, close to pen y pass car park for pyg/miners route, great spot on pitch L1 next to lake. Negatives - showers were poor, cold and dirty...

Superb site with fantastic location. Lots to do, Great staff and the best campsite showers ever. Hot, powerful and plenty of room. Used the electric hookup on a good solid flat site with our trailer tent. No wifi or phone signal - Perfect for a family with kids. Seriously they played and relaxed wonderfully. Can't recommend this site highly enough.

There is a toilet block, plenty of warm showers, washing facilitates, freezers and a small shop. There is a small breakfast van in the morning and a pizza van in...

Beautiful surroundings - mountains and lakes, views of the stars that you don't get elsewhere, fire pits provided. Clean toilet / shower blocks, friendly staff. No complaints, would definitely return.

We hired a classic VW split screen camper van for the weekend and headed out into North Wales. Totally lucked out on the weather, for the end of March it was just stunning and so was the came site. We had electric hook up, showers, tuck shop and a view to die for in the morning. Breathtaking. No miges as...

My husband and I stayed at the site recently, and though the weather wasn’t fab it was still a pretty place. Very peaceful except for the drama on our last night (glad it happened on our last, wouldn’t have been able to get a wink of sleep after otherwise!). There was a long night of noise and cars coming and...

I've stayed here on numerous occasions and with Snowdonia being one of my favourite places on the planet, I've camped at many of the sites in this area. Llyn Gwynant is unquestionably the best site that I've found within the locale. Stunning views, very well run (I particularly like the restrictions on noise after lights out) and an altogether excellent...
