We had such a lovely warm welcome, the food was all cooked fresh and was very tasty. We ordered brownies for dessert and they were delicious!!! This is also dog friendly and he was very welcomed too!! We would definitely recommend, it was very modern inside and plenty of choice of drinks. Hidden gem in Wales. Thank you 😀.

Amazing warm welcome from very friendly staff who made us all, dogs included feel very welcome. A great selection of craft beers including a 'taster rack' of three (choose from many). We all ate from the bar snacks menu which were all very good - don't miss out on a basket of brownies! Well worth a stop if you are on the way to or from Barwell or just nearby. You will be made very welcome.

AWESOME PUB!! Couldn’t believe the choice of beers. Really helpful and friendly staff. And great food at a reasonable price. Every mountain bikers dream after a hard day in the saddle. PLEASE GO, U WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Only got as far as the carpark. As I was reversing into a marked carparking space, a member of staff tried to drive behind me. She wrongly assumed that I was using the carpark to perform a u turn on the main road. She was extremely rude and we decided not to enter the pub which looked quite dilapidated.

Thanks for your unfair review. we are aware of a altercation that took place yesterday. the person you were refereeing to was not a member of staff she was a customer, that parked beside you. she pulled in quite quickly as the road was busy. and got a little close to your car and apologised. you then proceeded to follow her towards the entrance of the pub giving this poor woman nothing but abuse. my self and my staff heard what was happening, and the lady was shaking when she entered. if you had tried to enter the Establishment you would have been refused service, as we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards our staff or customers for that fact. as to the pub looking dilapidated, you didn't even enter to make that judgement. we have just under gone a refurbishment inside. and we are proud of the way the pub looks now. as to our reviews on google everybody is very happy with what we have on offer.
