We had a great 2 night stay. The staff were lovely, made us feel very relaxed. The food was amazing, one of the best meals we've had in a while. Would recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Would love to go back!

A very warm welcome and a cosy, relaxed atmosphere greeted us for our three night stay over the August Bank Holiday weekend in this smart and chic hotel. Our ground-floor room behind the bar felt relaxing, comfortable and was perfect for unwinding on the large, comfy bed after an exhausting day climbing Snowdon! The bathroom was small, clean, modern and...

Hello Reliably, wow, thank you so much for writing such a wonderful review of your three night stay with us back in August, we were all thrilled to read it. Your room, Arran, is a lovely cosy room, beautifully decorated with that lovely welcoming bed and huge shower, perfect after a long walk in the Snowdonia hills and mountains on...

I stayed in a room called Meirion on the top floor, which overlooked the front of the building. Despite this I experienced no traffic or other noise at night. The room is large with a settee, coffee table and king size bed and lots of additional space. The bathroom had a full a large shower cubicle with good pressure. Both...

Delicious meal in lovely, relaxed setting with great service - a highlight of our stay in Dolgellau. Great wine list too! Would highly recommend if looking for a three course meal reasonably priced (comparing to London) and very tasty.

I never did figure out how to pronounce the name of this hotel, but it's lovely all the same. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms, great restaurant, cute little bar. Dolgellau itself is in a great position for travelling around Snowdonia, but turned into the Welsh Magaluf over the Bank Holiday weekend. Great if you like Corky's shots and playing hopscotch...

Hello MOsv0ld and thank you for writing your great review. Yes the bank holiday weekend can be a bit, well, lively as people do let their hair down but it soon quietens and returns to being a sleepy Welsh town for the rest of the year. We're pleased you used our bar and restaurant too, something we pride ourselves on....

Stayed here recently as TA recommended this top venue. This old stone town house has been lovely modernised with nice features. The bed is lovely and comfortable the decor is in keeping with the property. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could however the room we stayed in showed some very slight marks and I think the internal...
