This is not one of the easiest Travelodges to find, especially since it's not visible from the very busy North Wales Expressway. However, if you follow the directions on the Hotel's site, using the Postcode they provide within these instructions, you should end up where you want to be! (Unfortunately there are two Shell Garages (one each on either side of the carriageways) and four junctions, all with the number 33. Ignore Junctions 33A, 33B and 33C and just head for plain Junction 33. Heading east, there are no Junction numbers on the overhead gantrys, it is only when you're heading west that they become apparent, which makes following the instructions a little more difficult and requires some additional detective work!) We had a good, comfortable stay, which made up for our intial difficulties in finding the Hotel! That evening, we wanted to go and find somewhere to have a meal. Chris, who was on Reception duties that evening, was extremely helpful and used her knowledge of the area, suggesting several of what she thought were the best restaurants to go to in nearby Mold. She wrote down their details, including telephone numbers and once we'd made our choice, she gave us written instructions as to how to find the restaurant we'd chosen (including how to navigate our way around the Expresway) - which easily took us straight there! The meal at Asia Sensation, was really good and was thoroughly enjoyed. In the morning, Scott, the Hotel Manager, was also extremely helpful in getting us logged into Travelodge's 30 minute free Wifi. Although we'd stayed in Travelodges before, our Passwords weren't working and the requests to have the facility to change the Passwords, weren't being received. Scott was able to sort the problems out for us and before we left for our home in Scotland, we were able to access some much needed and vital travel information through the free 30 minute Wifi.…
