We normally stay in a Premier Inn near Chester when we are going home on the ferry but I decided we should have a change so I choose the Beaufort Park which has plenty of parking, good sized bedrooms and a restaurant where we had a very good meal( my husband really enjoyed the rack of lamb because it was...

We have been eating at this hotel for over 20 years on family visits to North Wales. Last night was the worst meal we have ever had. Chips uncooked chicken dried out presentation poor. Menu needs to be updated. Whole place looking tired. Could definitely do with the Christmas flashing lights removed makes the place look cheap and rough

I stayed in a family room with my wife and young son. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and my son loved the novelty of the bunk bed. Unfortunately the TV plug socket didn't work (so we stretched the cable to another socket) but more importantly we had no hot water which is a basic requirement...

Stopped off for mid week lunch to treat my Father for his birthday and was just spot on. We were a bit concerned looking at the upright chairs through the window but once inside saw the room open up to lovely leather seats in a warm and inviting dining room. We were welcomed by a proper experienced barmaid full of...

We called here for lunch and found it to be value for money especially if you choose from the lunchtime specials menu. The service was polite and speedy although all orders have to be done at the bar rather than via the waitresses. There was a great choice of food and I would recommend the tuna salad. The fish steak...

My mother & father in law live in Mold, we usually drive home but fancied a drink so booked the Beaufort. All staff we met were very friendly, the hotel is clean & tidy with a very relaxed feel. It appears to have been built in the 80,s and everything is original so if you want super modern its not...

We came to eat with friends at the Beaufort Park on two occasions and were very impressed with the food and staff. Service was quick and all the meals we had were delicious (except maybe the pizza which was a tad overcooked). We can particularly recommend the prawn and garlic mushroom sizzler which is supposed to be a starter but...

We stayed here for 3 nights with friends. The room if a little dated was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of storage space . We ate in the bar every night and enjoyed a good variety of food, the standard of service was good. Breakfast is served in the main dining room and is again very good. We...
